Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)9% refused to acknowledge the controversial series of undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood doctors negotiating prices for fetal tissue are real.
Pelosi said, “I don’t stipulate that these videos are real. And the fact is — and fact is that the research that is being criticized there is research that has been supported. now. I haven’t seen — I’ve seen some news reports of it, but I also know that it’s not real and you can create any reality that you want.”
She continued, “And I think they should be investigated as to how they obtained those and doctored those and had them be accepted as something that was an indictment against Planned Parenthood because that’s not true.”

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
It doesn’t matter if the Planned Parenthood videos are real or not. This is because, regardless that the House has read the Constitution out loud at the beginnings of the last three legislative sessions, Pelosi wrongly ignores that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for anything like Planned Parenthood.
The ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators who help the corrupt House to pass unconstitutional House appropriations bills that help to fund Planned Parenthood along with it.
Who are you going to believe, me? or your lyin’ eyes?
But what if the videos are REAL, Nancy? Then what? STILL fund PP?
I know darn well Nancy’s face isn’t real.
This from the same woman who replied, “Are you serious? Are you serious?!” when asked where the Constitution granted Congress authority to force Americans to buy health insurance.
