President Barack Obama says freedom of religion isn't a reason to deny Americans their constitutional rights.
Obama appeared to be referring to Kim Davis, the Kentucky clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. Davis said such unions violated her religious beliefs.

2. Marriage is not
In this clash of rights there are 2 issues. The first is an enumerated right against one made up by unelected judges and somehow the judges’ opinions take precedence? The second is that only one side is being denied rights as there are others who will perform a service for the ones who seem to be aggrieved so it’s all just left crushing any dissent.

Of course he’s full of it, as there were no Muslims in American in colonial times. But to appease certain people, he has talked of the Muslim influence on our history, from the beginning.
I must of missed that section of the Constitution that enumerates the right to give your willing partner a rectal prolapse or synthetic plunging in the vagina and have those “rights” supersede the 1st Amendment.
WHERE in the Constitution is there ANY “right” to get married, PERIOD!? Yet “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF...” Actually I would like to see a Constitutional amendment passed that PROHIBITS the Supreme Court from legislating from the bench in defiance of the will of the American people!

so Hobby Lobby, Little Sisters of ... , Notre Dame and many other Christian Organizaions that have gone as far as the Supreme Court regarding their religious freedom do not matter. Gee, so in essence Sharia Law should NOT be allowed in America as it is a religious freedom. Thanks I will keep that one in mind when the Government strives to shove Sharia Law down out throats. Religious freedom is a constitutional right. What is not a constitutional right is abnormal sexual relations, regardless of the unwise justices who have said otherwise.
Religious freedom is in the constitution in black and white. Homo sex is not there at all.
