WHERE in the Constitution is there ANY “right” to get married, PERIOD!? Yet “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF...” Actually I would like to see a Constitutional amendment passed that PROHIBITS the Supreme Court from legislating from the bench in defiance of the will of the American people!
I think its right there next to the right to open homosexuality. The forefathers fought so that perverts and communists could crap all over the constitution. Its right there. Somewhere.
