Only a day after Donald Trump announced that he was boycotting Fox News and after Fox News announced they had cancelled him first the network has announced that they will enter talks with Trump to discuss his concerns.
Below is the full statement, provided to Mediaite by a Fox News spokesperson:
Fox News Chairman & CEO Roger Ailes and Donald Trump spoke this morning and plan to have a meeting next week to discuss their differences of opinion regarding Foxs coverage of Mr. Trumps presidential campaign. Ailes will be joined by senior Fox editorial executives. Mr. Trump believes he has been treated unfairly in certain instances. FOX News has held every candidate in this race to the highest journalistic standards throughout our coverage. We believe a candid meeting about our differences is required and that any misunderstandings can be handled without compromising those standards.
Yes. and all the other Boosh retreads like Rove, Perino, etc.
Trump took a big risk. But even if he loses the meeting he will force Fox to say Trump won. So, his plan worked.
Yeah, you’re right. Trump should do like all the other candidates and get out there and make promises saying exactly what they will do then tell their voters to take a hike once they win. /s
Thanks for providing the link and the data. Oh wait, you didn't, because then you'd reveal you're full of shit.
