Its time to man up, Jeb.
The only way George Ws little bro can rescue his campaign from back-of-the-pack irrelevancy is to stand up to Donald Trump. And that has to happen at tonights GOP debate war at the Ronald Reagan Library.
Bush needs a Reaganesque performance. Were talking a tear down this wall or Im paying for this microphone kind of moment. Wearing a Reagan-Bush T-shirt wont cut it.
The former Florida governor has got to show the 20 million-plus TV audience that hes not just Trumps punching bag. Voters want a commander in chief who will stand up to a bully, and the debate stage tonight is the playground.
Yes, Jeb has been more forceful defending himself against Trumps taunts lately, but doing it from afar doesnt count. Youve got to stare down your nemesis and make him flinch.
This doesnt mean Bush should try to out-Trump The Donald. Hurling insults will only play into Trumps strategy of making the one-time front-runner look small.
Bush cant shut Trump up thats impossible but he can stun him enough to momentarily produce an uncomfortable silence.

Blah blah blah.
Savior of the Democrat Party (Yeb), the Democrat’s Designated GOP Loser (2016 V3) - it is time to man-up...
In order to “man-up”, one must be a man.
“Read my lips, no more being mean to me.”
“Bush cant shut Trump up..........but he can stun him enough to momentarily produce an uncomfortable silence.”........
Never going to happen, Bush hasn’t got it in him.
There is nothing new we need to learn about this man.
I learned all I needed to know when he allowed Terri Schiavo to be murdered.
How many murders has Donald been involved in?
Too late now: Trump has already eaten Jeb’s lunch and boinked his wife. Still, a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do.
The Bush campaign is like the guy on Twitter who bought a million fake followers and wonders why he gets no retweets.
JEB! has to be Reaganesque? In comparison to Reagan, JEB! is as Hamlet described his uncle Claudius - “a mildew’d ear”.
We're not looking for a 'performance'. We're tired of Republicans who beat their chests about their conservatism during the campaign, then roll over and expose their soft underbellies after being elected. (Do I have to name names? Didn't think so...)
We're looking for Reganesque AUTHENTICITY.
It is almost endearing how these “journalists” seem to love RINOs.
What’s this author talking about? Bush is at what, 6%? He shouldn’t even be on the stage tonight unless we get Rick Perry and Linda Graham up there too. Bush’s candidacy is moribund.
Bully - a confident, passionate individual who doesn’t bend over and grab their ankles when the uniparty establishment says “Boo!”
He already has....and he got his ass kicked!!!
He’s gonna slap Teddy Roosevelt?
