Jindal: Trump is a madman who must be stopped- (Jindals's Op-Ed)
CNN ^ | 9/15/15 | Gov. Jindal

Posted on 09/15/2015 2:42:07 PM PDT by VinL

President Trump today announced that the first season of "The Apprentice: White House Edition" will air on CBS this fall. Contestants, including Gary Busey, Ted Cruz and Kanye West, will vie for Cabinet positions. The announcement came as the newly renamed "Hair Force One" touched down in South Dakota for the unveiling of President Trump's face on Mount Rushmore. Meanwhile, first lady Melania had reason to celebrate as her White House-branded perfume, Trump, by Trump, hit Macy's shelves ...

No, this is not a story from The Onion. It's a vision of our future. The only people who would enjoy a Trump presidency are Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert. The jokes write themselves...

The problem with Donald Trump is that he will never be president. His nomination as the Republican candidate would gift the White House to Hillary Clinton. He would self-destruct in a general election. In fact, he may be Clinton's only hope. And even if he were somehow to win, we have no idea how he would govern.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of a Donald Trump. I love the idea of an outsider who doesn't care about political correctness and who says things you're not supposed to. Unfortunately, Donald Trump is the wrong messenger. .....

His problem with Washington isn't big government, it's that he's not running it. He's not liberal, moderate or conservative. He's not Republican or Democrat. Donald Trump is for Donald Trump. He believes only in himself.

Like all narcissists, Trump is insecure, weak and afraid of being exposed. That's why he's constantly telling us how big and rich and great he is, and how insignificant everyone else is.

Like a kid in a superhero costume, (snip)

I disagree. Trump is for America. He loves it. As do I despite it’s slide into decadence over the years. I doubt Trump is aware of that as much as I am...

Sounds like Bob's been watching too many horror movies or reading too many vampire novels or something.

But I can sort of understand him. The only part of the article that shows energy, conviction, or freshness is the "Trump madman" stuff.

It's not surprising that after saying the same thing over and over again, Jindal jumps on the "crazy Trump' thing to attract attention to himself and give himself something to say that people might actually listen to.

Let's see...

"His problem with Washington isn't big government, it's that he's not running it. He's not liberal, moderate or conservative. He's not Republican or Democrat. Bobby Jindal is for Bobby Jindal. He believes only in himself."

"Like all narcissists, Bobby Jindal is insecure, weak and afraid of being exposed. That's why he's constantly telling us how smart and great he is, and how insignificant everyone else is."

Ummmm, yeah, that works, too!

My problems with Bobby Jindal are that he's demonstrating that he is a very sore loser and that -- even though I am NOT a Republican (it's become embarrassing) -- he's consistently violating Reagan's Eleventh Commandment ("Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.")

Jindal comes across as totally insane in this rant. And I thought his Twitter crap was bad.

Did he catch some parasite in the bayou or something? He’s sounding more and more like Glen Beck.

Have you actually watched Trump's show? It is not at all sleazy; in fact it is quite informative and even inspirational. It teaches the kind of values we want our young people to learn; that creativity, initiative, a willingness to take intelligent risks, to think independently and strategically, as well as to get along and work with others, that self discipline, self respect, good sportsmanship and honesty are all important. It emphasizes the importance of setting goals that are both realistic and far-reaching, and if you are willing to hard to achieve those goals, give it everything you have and try to be the best you are very likely to have a lot of success.

I am so sick of hearing that Trump is a “reality show clown.” Trump's show is quite remarkable, it showcases what is best about the American business world. It showcases, in a very entertaining way, the values and work ethic that helped make America the richest, most powerful, and freest country in the world, which we are now in so much danger of losing. The values espoused in Donald Trumps TV show, are exactly the same values that can save this country.

Yes, we should all listen to someone who is at the bottom of the barrel and is green with envy. LOL

The ole Gov. might want to check his meds to see why he’s having such delusional thoughts about his opponent and his opponent’s ‘wife’, very weird. Is this how he spends his day, daydreaming about Trump and Trump’s wife?

Well I read it....don't know what the definition of ‘it’ ‘is’ but...

First of all, IF Jindal wrote this, he's been around Glen Beck for to long..

Second, IF Jinal wrote this, he has just blew his bid for POTUS, nobody, and I mean nobody would vote for him, would you let him have the ‘red telephone’? I wouldn't!!!

But I don't think he has enough brain cells to write something like this, I think someone at CNN wrote it or someone at the GOPee headquarters wrote it...he has been one of the ones to take Trump out...

If that is what this is suppose to do, whoever wrote this missed the bullseye by a half of a nation....

Sad, immature, hideously stupid, idiot cells burned out....

I don’t think he wrote it either. But either way, he put his name on it, and he is burnt toast.

When this all started out a couple of months ago - I thought I liked Jindal and he could be effective, yikes! Thank god for primary campaigns. Like others have pointed out the coordination against Donald Trump is blatant today. Certainly looks as though the 501.3c are directly coordinating with the other candidates campaigns. Of course they would never do such a thing. I wonder if the C3po’s can legally coordinate with Candidates they aren’t funding/supporting (i.e. Bushes PAC working directly with the Jindal campaign) - I’d suspect not but looks like I’ve got some fun reading ahead of me.
