When you have security seniors who are also islamofascists— it is made easier. Still quite unfathomable that the Dir of CIA is a convert to Sunni islam— having formerly been an American of Irish descent, Catholic.
Then again, maybe it is NOT all that unfathomable, when the connections from the IRA to Libya and Terror, Inc. weapons trade are made (and they are extensive and ongoing, right down to continued fundraising in the US by fellow travelers).
I remember what happened on the routine SF-86 form updates (or its equivalent) long about the time Clinton came in office. All of a sudden, about all of the “have you EVER....” questions became “have you in the last 5 years (or 10).....” or severely cut the amount of information you had to supply.
