Predictable Political Maneuverings: Two Weeks Ago We Dispatched A Warning About Hugh Hewitt
The Last Refuge - Conservative Treehouse ^ | September 3, 2015 | Sundance

Posted on 09/04/2015 12:53:55 PM PDT by Sontagged

...Thus two weeks ago we dispatched a warning about Hugh Hewitt specifically:

Politics as an industry – Salem Communications [radio talk show (Hewitt), Red State (Erickson), now also Twitchy (Malkin), Hot Air (McCain), NRO, Townhall, Human Events, Bearing Arms etc.] has the same general ideological world view as Jeb Bush, George Will, Rupert Murdoch, Wall Street Journal, etc.

UPDATE: As if on cue – Salem Communications, Via Hot Air, publishes a “compare and contrast” article pushing the GOPe Carly Fiorina – as savior angle. LINK HERE

Salem Communications owns both Hot Air and Hugh Hewitt. See how they roll?

Shorter: “the betters”, the “elites”. Or those who feel superior enough to tell others what they should or must think. You’ll note these Salem groups rarely research, present raw data, or offer unfiltered information; it’s almost always Op-Ed.

We, the proud vulgarian team, without financial considerations to skew our perspectives and viewpoints, do not like the “financial media class” and the skewered perspectives that come with financial dependency. We are able to research, watch, describe and discuss through clear-eyed glasses. Hence, we can transmit the warning above.

The gathering of the opposition research includes trying to record Donald Trump for use in later campaigns, ie. the lead to the debate. Hence again, the warning above.

They, all of them, want Trump stumbling and stammering. Desperately seeking to create the “Park Row Narrative” – inept, inexperienced, incompetent, et al.

Just like Bloomberg’s John Heilemann and Mark Halperin with the “what’s your favorite bible passage” question (ie. prove you’re a christian); or Bloomberg’s Mark Halperin asking Ted Cruz his favorite “Hispanic food or Hispanic singer” in essence prove you’re Hispanic bona fides questions:

Today’s questions from Hugh Hewitt are no less strategic or strategically motivated. Hugh Hewitt has a plan. Hewitt is also part of the Salem Op-Ed machine who are trying to provide the soundbites for the upcoming assault.

Within seconds of Hewitt providing the fuel, the RNC industrial machine jumped to action. This is only going to get worse by infinite magnitudes. Prepare for it.

(New York Times) […] Mr. Trump, a real estate developer and brand manager who has never worked in government, has relatively little experience dealing with foreign governments. But he has boasted of his global reach and international experience as a businessman. Mr. Hewitt said he was not interested in “gotcha” questions but wanted to be sure Mr. Trump had a baseline of knowledge about foreign leaders. “On the front of Islamist terrorism, I’m looking for the next commander in chief to know who Hassan Nasrallah is, and Zawahiri, and al-Julani, and al-Baghdadi. Do you know the players without a scorecard, yet, Donald Trump?” Mr. Hewitt asked. There is one goal in all of this – DESTROY DONALD TRUMP ! It’s simply what they do, every election, every time, when the industrial political machine doesn’t like the candidate.

And the intel/optics will be used as fuel injected into the debate while GOPe co-horts (Carly Fiorina) will continue the Megyn Kelly approach.

The RNC/GOPe machine, through the various Wall Street funded Super-PACs will also fund liberal groups (Hispanics, La Raza, and Black Lives Matter as examples) and labor organizations (remember the SEIU orcs?) to campaign against Trump visibly based on “racist” and divisive accusations.

Yes, that is correct. The same party who just presented a loyalty pledge is now empowered, with full plausible deniability of course, to fund Trump’s removal at all costs.

This is going to get even more UGLY as the political power brokers grow increasingly more anxious.

GOPe Republicans are just as vicious as Democrats when it comes to attacking their adversaries. Unfortunately, GOPe Republicans don’t view Democrats as their opposition (see Mitt Romney ’12), they only view conservatives as their adversaries.

I’d watch Trump answer the questions with one solo camera on him.

Might serve ‘em right if Trump skips. Loyalty oath didn’t FORCE Trump to debate, did it?

I caught parts of the Hewitt’s show on Monday and he’s all Rinorat.

He was speaking with WaPo scribbler Bob Costa as Hewitt glowed and babbled on about Yebs! “Hard punch” at Trump, and how he was in simpatico with GOPE, anti-Trump, operative Rick Wilson.

...All the while baby Hewie was promo’ing his guest for the next hour Linda-sey Graham.

We can expect Hewitt has his Megyn-gotcha questions all lined up for Trump as the CNN debate moderator.

LOL. Let’s petition to get Trump to hold his own off-site one camera debate response during the CNN “debate”.

I heard it on Tuesday instead of Monday. I didn’t get to hear what Lindsey Graham had to say with Hewitt as the signal faded out while driving mountain roads.

Breitbart is onto GOPE Hewitt’s game.

“NEXT GOP DEBATE MODERATOR HUGH HEWITT COMES OUT AGAINST TRUMP”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3323534/posts

-snip-

“A moment later, Hewitt predicted that Trump’s overwhelming support among Republicans “won’t last.”

“It won’t last, I don’t think it will last, I’m skeptical of it lasting,” Hewitt said.

Todd, the Meet The Press host, got the joke. “Hugh, are you wishing it away?” Todd asked Hewitt.

“No I don’t think so,” Hewitt replied.

In addition to Hewitt’s criticisms of Trump, he has also predicted Republicans will fail in 2016—and that current Democratic frontrunner former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will be the next president.”

- - - -

So slanted and biased attack questioning on Trump should be expected from this guy on the 16th.

When a football team plays cover 2 defense and the offense responds by finding cracks at the corners, is that some kind of conspiracy in which the offense and defense are working for the same team?

When McDs and BK have promotion wars that react to each other, is that some type of coordinated conspiracy?

When the stock market has a buyer for every seller, is that some kind of coordinated conspiracy?

Yes, the DC-Cartel strategizes and seeks to advance one of its own. But the conspiracy (strategy) is not as centrally directed as it is self-interest directed. The DC-Cartel has far too many political consultants who were successful with one statewide race somewhere and not want the big presidential money and ego like Karl Rove.

They whisper in the ear of Santorum, Huckabee, Perry, Cristie, Pataki, Paul, etc that they can get the guy elected. These politicians have such dishonest egos that they believe the sweet nothings whispered in their ears.

Of course, there is no way any of the above named have a prayer of winning anything in 2016. There is no possible game plan or strategy that can get them to win even one state.

The invisible hand works in politics just as much as in economics.

did you read the GOPe Roadmap to 2016 Victory by Conservative Treehouse? Cause if you did, you’d understand Rove’s hand in it.

What is preventing Trump from declining to debate, but debating to a one camera with the CNN questions?

Hugh Hewitt.

He’s the guy in High School who was the “smartest” person in the room and made everyone know it. These people typically got tossed in a dumpster or taped to a flag pole by the senior class.

Wasn’t this the same person who predicted Romney was gonna win Ohio in 2012?

And quite frankly Mr. Hewitt I don’t give a rat’s ass who’s the president of bunga-bunga-stan. What matters is that the president of bunga-bunga-stan knows who the POTUS is!!!

Trump did far better answering the schmuck than any Liberal including the Zero occupying our White House. Zero and his ilk don’t even acknowledge there is such a thing as a terrorist unless they’re talking about Conservatives and/or The Tea Party.

Yep Hewitt is a GOPe sockpuppet, he is all in for Romney to run again, but thinks Yeb and Walker are good plan B’s and C’s.

This was a setup from the getgo and HH knows how to follow orders to split votes during the primary ...remember 2012.

As an example, Cruz knew 100% why he campaigned for and voted for the TPA and the Corker amendment. Also, he greatly defends increasing the number of working immigrants by 600%.

Cruz has solid conviction for that which is wrong.

“Signing that “loyalty” shtick thingy put him in the barber’s chair.”

If he didn’t sign his name wouldn’t be included in some of the primaries. You can’t win in that situation.

Praising FDR on Free Republic?

Turn in you conservative card, you're busted. (Yah, I saw your signup date. Big deal. This makes it look like you "grew in office" like a Supreme Court justice...)
