If you have very large panels of any kind near a political VIP the view of security is they’re a hindrance to the provision of good security.
Security guys see them as SCREENS for an attack.

Let’s keep this straight, the security guard is pressing charges against his Mexican attacker. IMHO, he should have hit him harder.
First of all, the security guard was walking towards the door, probably legally carrying. He was attacked from behind. The guy didn’t try to get at the signs, he just put his arms around his waist, maybe trying to take him to the ground. How was the guy (guard) supposed to know what was going on, or that it was the guy holding the signs?
The guard spun around and slapped him away. Pretty restrained and valid in my book.
