The video starts where we cannot see what happened before this. Something about those very large signs. We don’t know what words or orders transpired before the video starts.
The man put his arms around the security man, and could have feeling for his weapon. We don’t know.
The guard reacted quickly and another guard restrained the instigator.

The security guy apparently stole the guy’s sign and was walking away with it. If that is the case, the security guy needs to be arrested and charged with theft and assault.
