Deflategate was a sham, and the court just confirmed it

At long last, this whole dumb national nightmare is (hopefully) over.

In a shocking announcement on Thursday morning, Judge Richard M. Berman ruled against the NFL, nullifying Tom Brady’s four-suspension for his role in the Deflategate scandal.

His ruling confirms what many of us have long thought — that the NFL overstepped its bounds in suspending Tom Brady, doing so with nothing but circumstantial evidence.

The NFL suspended Brady because they had proof.

LOL! No.

Absolutely correct. Thank goodness for Judge Berman.

“Headline in the Telegraph that Gisselle had talked to a divorce lawyer”

Well if it is in a tabloid it can never be questioned.

I don't know that this is true.

Just saying no celebrity would give up his cell phone to a reporter and the NFL was leaking like a dam built in China.

Goodell works for Kraft.

Yeah, when Kraft hires prostitutes, he doesn't quite have the same discerning tastes of Elliot Spitzer, Charlie Sheen, or even Hugh Grant, from what I remember.

“The NFL suspended Brady because they had proof.”

The NFL had no proof whatsoever.

Studies have shown that the lower psi’s of the footballs were consistent with temperature change, not manual deflation.

The whole NFL case was based on the assumption that the footballs were manually deflated and the assumption that it was “more likely than not” that Brady was “at least generally aware” of the footballs being manually deflated.

That was it.

Maybe he didn’t want their communications to go public?

That was Hillary's excuse for wiping the server too ... do you support her also?

Has any journaltard ever asked the question:

Was the memory card in the phone destroyed?

“the Patriots cheated because Thomasina has little girl hands”

I wish I could have bet you on the outcome of the judges decision.

It would have been fun to take your money.

“Btw, the Patriots cheated because Thomasina has little girl hands. Heh”

Yet, all four of his Super Bowl rings fit on one hand, so they can’t be too small. Seen the rings? They are HUGE. How many QB’s in history have four rings and three MVP from the Super Bowl again?

Bwahahahahaha.

That was Brady’s personal phone. It did not belong to the NFL.

Proves that in our present society you can cheat and lie and get away with it. I wonder if Hillary is taking notes on this?

But instead of hearing Obama on the other end of the phone, Brady is surprised to hear it is Hillary Clinton, asking how he managed to destroy criminal evidence and still get off Scott free.

...

Brady didn’t destroy criminal evidence. I suggest you read the judge’s ruling. His decision was based on the NFL not obeying it’s contract with the players.

What it proves is that even the NFL has to obey its contracts.

It is the NFL kids, they can change the rules in the middle of the game. Grow up and get a life.

“That was Hillary’s excuse for wiping the server too ... do you support her also?”

Tom Brady refused to disclose personal and private information that he was not obligated to provide under the collective bargaining agreement.

Hillary Clinton illegally destroyed official government documents that she was required by law to retain. She also lied about it.

There is no comparison.

Obamacare is constitutional, and the highest court in the land twice confirmed it.

And Obama don't never lie.

And the Pats never cheat not a single time; never. The allegations are false.

Like Obama & Co., the Deflatriots found a friendly judge.

Just to set the record straight, 'tardo, it was the NFL who sought this venue, and hence, this judge.

Ad for all those other NFL quislings, did any of you happen to catch the questions and commentary of Judge Berman during this court proceeding? Like, when asking Nash if the league actually had any hard evidence on this whole deflation thing, the league found itself deflated at that moment?

As I'm watching the circus they call ESPN, I'm struck at how fervently most of these guys are calling on the NFL to appeal to the 2nd Circuit...and to do it yesterday!

Roger Cossack may be the worst offender, but in his defense he has called it as he's seen it from Day 1 - BRADY GUILTY, and that's all there is to it!

The league lost on procedural points, yes, but you can rest assured if the ruling had gone the other way, we'd hear people like you shouting from the rooftops that the decision was proof beyond all capacity to question that Brady was GUILTY!

Get ready for the greatest revenge tour in the history of sports.

CA....

There is no comparison.

Actually, that's not quite true.

Both devices were evidence in an ongoing investigtion.

In both cases, the owner KNEW that the device was wanted by the investigators, and the destruction happened just as the devices were being called-for.

And in both cases, the justification for destruction was that there were "private & personal" stuff that the owner didn't want anyone else to see, so the whole device HAD to be destroyed, deliberately, there was no other choice.

Comparisons are valid.
