Having done janitorial work as a summer job, I saw that most girl’s bathrooms were much cleaner than the boys. It’s not a myth. So, I don’t expect the girls would be willing to give that ‘less septic’ environment up too easily.

The blood test will look at your chromosomes and determine XY(Male) or XX (Female), and that is what you are. You can crossdress, self identify and pretend to change gender all you want to if you are Male, you use the boys room.
There is no such thing as "transgender".
