Move ensures landmark Obama victory
WASHINGTON —Maryland Democrat Sen. Barbara Mikulski is 34th senator to support Iran nuke deal, ensuring landmark Obama victory.
Mikulski on Wednesday issued the following statement in support of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action international agreement to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons:
"In accordance with the law, Congress has been reviewing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action for the past 45 days. I have spent countless hours reading, being briefed and pouring over the intelligence. I have diligently worked to make an informed decision, one that weighs risk and considers a future 10, 15, 25 years from now. Without question, this vote is among the most serious I’ve taken. This vote has monumental and enduring consequences.
"Throughout my review of this deal, my questions have been: How does this deal affect the safety and security of the United States? And how does this deal affect the safety, security and viability of Israel?
"For all my time in both the House and Senate, I have been an unabashed and unwavering supporter of Israel. I have persistently supported the sanctions that brought Iran to the table. I have been insistent on foreign aid and military assistance to Israel that maintains its qualitative military edge on missile defense. With the horrors of the Holocaust in mind, I have been deeply committed to the need for a Jewish homeland, the State of Israel, and its inherent ability to defend itself. And for the United States to be an unwavering partner in Israel’s defense. I have been and always will be committed to those principles.

I thought that if (when) the Iran deal gets thrown out by a Senate majority vote, THE LEGISLATION IS DEAD and does not go to the president to veto the rejection or any other action. Seems like legislation reverse engineering so the minority is instead the majority if the president is part of the minority to veto the rejection (making it a passing).
So Barbara committed Israel to death.

It never was a treaty. It was a foreign policy executive action that was not even subject to a vote. Congress passed a bipartisan bill to require a vote to overturn it. That vote will pass and Obama will veto the bill, requiring two thirds to overturn the veto. There are not enough Democrats that choose Israel’s survival. They are greatly deceived, following their socialist Muslim in the White House. He is in the White House to issue orders as COC and President because of Virginia, Ohio, Florida, New Hampshire, Nevada, Indiana, New Mexico, and North Carolina voters did not effectively vote against him by electing John McCain or Mitt Romney instead, neither of whom would have entered into an executive alliance with Iran to help them get nuclear weapons.

The GOP cleverly set up a procedure that guaranteed O gets his Iran deal while the GOP Senators can claim (falsely) to be against the deal. They (once again with Cruzs' help) set up a similar procedure for giving O want he wants on trade.
