Ted is not a recent convert to the party. I really detest someone “evolving” and then deciding that they should run for President.
That includes Dr. Carson who was a Democrat until earlier this year I believe.

Ben Carson was a Democrat before becoming a Republican during the Reagan administration, only to switch to an Independent during the Clinton years. He switched back to Republican in Nov 2014.
I am not an avid supporter of Carson but would like the record straight. I think he is too soft spoken and too green to be President. Look what happened to the last one with no experience.
