But Miles' mother has claimed her 30-year-old son cannot have carried out the killing because they were out on a shopping trip together when the shooting unfolded.

She is quoted by KPRC as saying: 'We got back, we couldn't get on our street. So after we couldn't get on our street, when we came back, the back way to our house and then that's when we (were) faced with SWAT and dogs and cops and guns and they handcuffed him.'

Daily Mail is not the only media reporting this:

The man’s mother — who didn’t want to show her face or give her name — told Eyewitness News her son didn’t commit any crime. She said, “My son is innocent. I was in the house with him, so when that happened, my son was home.

This article gives me an idea. Maybe it’s about time we brought back the legal notion of “corruption of blood.” Your kid commits a violent crime, you do time, too.

I would bet this will reduce the crime rate radically.

I remember hearing that they arrested Shannon after they had the ballistics report which tied the bullets to Shannon’s gun. Is my memory faulty? Just asking.

Must have been an early incorrect report. Not uncommon in these cases. I should know better.

Per this story,

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/ct-hosuton-police-shooting-20150831-story.html

The police have already found a gun at Mile’s home, that matches shell casings at the scene. I’m sure they will compile a mountain of evidence against him...and hopefully mom catches a charge or two.

The Thug drove home, "Mom, let's get outta the house, go shopping." ...immediately following the murder.

So, mom may be telling the truth.

But the gun in his red truck matches the gun used to kill Officer Goforth.

...plus eye-witness.

Game-Over - DEATH !

Something.... something... ain’t right in this whole deal.

Houston ABC 13 had a report from an eye witness who claims there was a woman with the officer who was laying on him and crying, and claimed to be his best friend and that he had two kids.

Who is this mystery woman?

The Harris County spokesman later claimed that the officer was on patrol alone, and was by himself at the time of the shooting.

The eyewitness report has not been replayed and no further reports make mention of a woman companion.

“Can his father Obama also be called as a witness?”

No. The leftists’ god is too busy renaming landmarks, appearing on “reality” TV and punishing film makers who publish inconvenient truths.

So what. Nothing says they couldn’t haven’t been out shopping while the thug shot the sheriff.

Her attitude rubbed off on her brat. She is the reason he killed the cop. She needs to be in jail for life.

White folks are already made to pay for the sins of their (great, great grand) fathers. Why not make everyone pay for the sins of their kids.

At least there's a possibility we can do something to effect those.

Mama needs to be deposed under oath, then put on the stand during the trail, and then arrested, prosecuted, and jailed for perjury.

Deuteronomy 24:16

Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.

An old criminal defense attorney told me that he always called the defendants mother as a defense witness. The mother invariably testifies “at the time of the robbery junior was home with me. He was sleeping in his bed.” It is unethical for an attorney to tell a witness to lie. The mothers always lie without being told to lie.
