"I know there are Americans who are concerned about oil companies drilling in environmentally sensitive waters," Obama said in his weekly address, noting that the drilling leases had been purchased before he took office.

"I share people's concerns about offshore drilling," he added. "I remember the BP spill in the Gulf of Mexico all too well. That's precisely why my administration has worked to make sure that our oil exploration conducted under these leases is done at the highest standards possible..."

Buffet of course. His railroad would likely be used to transport the oil out of the arctic.

Why do you think Obama opposed the Keystone pipeline?

Warren Buffett says, “SH*T!” Obama drops his drawers, squats and says, “What color, boss?”

Follow The Money...

I would start by looking at contributions to Obamanation Library!

You can also bet there will be an obamanation charitable foundation collecting funds as soon as he is out of office, if not already.

My take is that Obama is playing the give and take-away game.

He signs off on the permits during an election year, then gets his agencies to find flaws or new issues that need multi-year studies.

This has more to do with one-upping Putin than it does anything else. The votes he'll win in Alaska for the DNC will vanish in the lost support elsewhere.
