If you applied the old "Who would you like to have a beer with?” test that has probably determined far more elections than most Americans want to admit, Trump would beat everyone in the field combined twice over.

I wouldn't want to have a beer with him. The man doesn't drink.

"In a time when the Republican Party has become timid, weak and utterly corrupt,"

So we've had that going for us since 1994.

Funny how being a man who isn’t timid, weak, small minded, or concerned about being politicaly correct when speaking his mind, makes you presidential material. As a kid growing up, that was most the fathers on my street.

Trump is proving that most of a campaign’s funds are wasted on high priced useless consulting services.

I loved when he said, “what do I need a pollster for, the media publishes a new one every day. And I’m doing really good.”

6) Opposition Research Could Be A Problem: Because Donald Trump has never run for office, he has not been fully vetted. In his case, that’s an area of particular concern because he’s a celebrity, playboy billionaire on his third marriage who has no qualms about saying outrageous things. As we speak, every book he’s written and every public appearance he’s ever made is being scrutinized. People who hate Trump’s guts are being interviewed, rumors are being chased down and whatever is found will be put into ads by Super PACS that will spend millions to saturate the airwaves. What will they come up with?

and yet we had an unvetted, undocumented, non-birth certificate holding, non flag saluting, fake social security number yielding narcissistic sociopath who had attorneys seal his college records before he ascended the throne 7 years that is just about to hand nukes to the Iranians who call us the Great Satan and say repeatedly that they want to kill us. And someone wonders why Trump is popular and is hedging bets that he will burn out? C'mon...

My money's on #3 and has been since shortly after he announced.

Not that I want him to fail (I don't...) I just happen to think that he's said so many things, and so often contradicts himself that eventually those who support him will tire of defending what it is they think he's saying.

Trump doesn't have the discipline (IMO...) to know when to shut up. Case in point: Megyn Kelly @ Fox News. Why did he have to re-ignite that whole mess?

For the record: I like Trump. He speaks for so many people on immigration, the economy, government corruption and incompetence and more. I really just wish he'd develop a little discipline and know when to keep his mouth shut.

Number one is off the table as long as ¡Yeb! is still in the race.

As bad as Trump is, he is still lightyears ahead of an open borders globalist who avidly want to prevent future generations of Americans from being able to perform basic math through the imposition of Common Core.

This is an interesting example of how to build an empty shell and make it look like it has substance:

1) How Conservative Will He Turn Out To Be?
By accident Trump will be seen as conservative enough. In politics perception is reality. This author knows that.

2) He Could Top Out:
When you are lapping the field against guys who can’t get past 15% it is very hard to “Top Out.” If the primaries were held today Trump could start campaigning for the general election tomorrow and this author should know that too.

3) Mistakes Pile Up: Mistakes are called mistakes by his enemies. He called McCain out and no one could dispute him His campaign took off when he said Mexico sends criminals here – mistakes? Don’t think so.

4) He Has Bad Polling Numbers Against The Democrats In 2016:
Does the author REALLY really think Brain Damaged Joe or Granny will break 35% against Trump – I don’t because if Trump is nominated things will have had to change so much in this country that he will have no trouble winning the general.

When Trump pulls the big surprise and announces his team with Gowdy as AG Cruz at State Ichan at Treasury people will be voting for their candidate the way we voted not for McCain but for Palin who should be Sec. of Interior.

5) He May Be Reluctant To Spend Money:
What more does a 69 year old billionaire have to spend his money on? Please this is the stupidest “straw clutch” of this list.

6)Opposition Research Could Be A Problem:
People are supporting TRUMP and opo won’t dent him. Years ago when that scumbag Murtha kept getting elected a great opo team poured out hit after hit on the people of his district – the shrugged and said, “Jack wouldn’t do that.”

If nothing else comes of Trump’s run, his willingness to confront the PC crowd and call out the media on their bias will have and should have taught our candidated going forward that they need not be apologetic or timid in expressing, strongly, their heart felt beliefs.

Trump projects great confidence (arrogance to libs), strength and passion (called hate by liberals). These are all things admired by a large majority of Americans who want a president in who they can see these qualities.

If #6 were a problem with any candidate, it would have been with the empty-suited Obama. It seems Trump has an unapologetic come-back with each hit - including an ex-wife who came to defend him.

If Trump is head-to-head with Biden, there could be false charges brought up. Remember Beau Biden, former Atty General of Delaware? He made up false charges against Larry Sinclair, and had him extradited to Delaware from a news presser that revealed Barry's gay, drug abusing past. Soon after, Slow-Joe was named Barry's running mate.

Trump could be "Beau'd".

While Democratic front-runner Hillary Rodham Clinton boasts an army of more than 350 paid staffers, Trump's operation fields less than a tenth that number.

Instead of being a problem, it COULD be a predictor of how a Trump Administration would be run. A 90% reduction in federal bureaucracy would go a long way to reducing government spending.

How do you reduce federal bureaucracy? 1) Make sure they all paid their taxes. 2) Make sure they are all legally entitled to work in this country. 3) Hire an external verification service to do 1) and 2)

It’s sort of like a car. You expect a mechanical problem now and then, but if you have to take it in for repairs every few weeks, you’ll eventually conclude it’s a lemon and go get a new one.

What a stretch. This column is sortalike a prayer for Trump failure, painted with faint praise.

When Trump 'went after' mcpain, it was in response to macpain's calling Trump supporters 'crazies'.

We all know what happened with the FAUX BITCH, so she can piss off and 'move to the mainstream, ie cnn.

The msm cannot accept the fact that Americans are fed up with all politicians and their LIES.

Whatever happens with Trump, I’m grateful to him for his immigration plan, for hammering Jeb Bush into the ground and for shaking things up in a Republican Party that has grown stagnant and unresponsive to the people that have put the GOP in office.

Exactly !!!
