The section of the Espionage Act is known as 18 US Code 793.

I have said the same, that the Dems are going to let Gowdy and the Republicans take the fall for the demise of Hillary Clinton. It would be perfect timing, in October, following the Benghazi Committee hearing against Hillary for Democrats to go into the winter campaign on the perfect vehicle of the Benghazi investigation to rally their base against the scary Republicans and that rascally Trump and that awful Cruz. Perfect.
The Justice Department can pretend they are forced to go after Clinton following the October Benghazi hearing.
Rush believes the Democrats have no one else but Hillary and therefore she will skate. I am not so sure. Democrats by now be willing to start over with an Obama legacy rather than endure any more Clinton boots on their collective neck.
The FBI needs their best to hide the worst.
I will believe it is a serious investigation only when she is indicted.
