There is an opportunity for Republicans in LA and SF to campaign AGAINST caps on ethnic Asians in the univerity system in a twisted inversion of affirmative action.

Where do they come up with this garbage? First off, my guess is that your average person has probably never heard of the term, or is maybe hearing it for the first time now that the issue is finally being discussed. Are anchor babies being taunted and made fun of at school for being anchor babies? I doubt it, but if Mrs. Chu is really concerned, then we can send them back to their native countries. I’m sure they won’t be stigmatized there.
