Trump Kept Hitler’s Speeches by his Bed: Says Only Short Jews Can Count His Money, Not Blacks

Trump’s ex-wife says that he used to keep a copy of Hitler’s speeches by his bed. That information can go a long way to understand why Donald Trump has refused to address or even acknowledge the problem of racist sentiments within his followers.

From Vanity Fair:

Last April, perhaps in a surge of Czech nationalism, Ivana Trump told her lawyer Michael Kennedy that from time to time her husband reads a book of Hitler’s collected speeches, My New Order, which he keeps in a cabinet by his bed. Kennedy now guards a copy of My New Order in a closet at his office, as if it were a grenade. Hitler’s speeches, from his earliest days up through the Phony War of 1939, reveals his extraordinary ability as a master propagandist.

“Did your cousin John give you the Hitler speeches?” I asked Trump.

Trump hesitated. “Who told you that?”

“I don’t remember,” I said.

“Actually, it was my friend Marty Davis from Paramount who gave me a copy of Mein Kampf, and he’s a Jew. (“I did give him a book about Hitler,” Marty Davis said. “But it was My New Order, Hitler’s speeches, not Mein Kampf. I thought he would find it interesting. I am his friend, but I’m not Jewish.”)

Later, Trump returned to this subject. “If I had these speeches, and I am not saying that I do, I would never read them.”

Trump’s fascination with Hitler is just one form of his racist actions. In 1991, John O’Donnell, a former Trump associate, wrote an exposé entitled Trumped! The Inside Story of the Real Donald Trump. During O’Donnell’s tenure as president of the Trump Plaza Hotel, Trump told him that he hates “black guys counting my money!” He added that “the only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day.” To Trump, “laziness is a trait in blacks.” Several years later, Trump didn’t bother to deny it: “The stuff O’Donnell wrote about me is probably true.”

There is a heck of a lot to learn from Hitler.
He wrote the book on modern demagoguery, others (Alinsky for one) cribbed a lot from there.
Hitler himself credited, if that’s the word, the Viennese communists of his youth for teaching him all he knew on the subject.
You can learn something from anyone. Mein Kampf (Table Talk would be my other choice, not the speeches) is fascinating, though much of it is, later on, simply repetitive ranting.

Trump aside, political correctness seems to have run it’s course with a big chunk of the population. Still have to address this nonsense though.

That's a pretty wide net to be casting. I haven't read all of the Koran, only enough to know that it isn't a religious book, it's a book that details a warrior's code, much like Bushido was for the Japanese.

If I'm wrong and it's a religion of peace, I have a hard time understanding why lopping off the heads of those who disagree is all that peaceful. I also hear a lot about "moderate Muslims", but it would appear that none of them have vocal chords, because killing women and children yields no outcry from them...just more crickets.

Thanx Nick, I missed that somehow.

Hmmmm, well I don’t really expect him to be there when it gets to nut cutting time anyhow. But what an ignorant misguided slut, in that regard :)

But after all, and he doesn’t need me to defend, but he is talking about the SC capitol and the Battle flag they all freaked out and decided needed to be pulled down. Just about everybody was chirping like a sparrow about all that. I still don’t get the connection between that little preverted weirdo who shot those folks and that flag. I guess I’m just slow. I love that flag. I have family history with that ragged old flag. I have let it wave on my property, probably won’t again just because I don’t want some dumass burning my house down in the middle of the night over it.

I read part of Mein Kampf, but then, I also read Abbie Hoffman and other strange books.

I do want to read “Rules for Radicals,” too.

Aw, darn, I thought this was going to be about a Hitler video when he finds out Trump is the frontrunner. LOL

For the record, I read Mein Kampf in high school along with a whole bunch of other useless stuff. So? No big deal.

This nonsense is probably put out by George Soros, who really does admire Hitler and was helping the Nazi’s find Jews in hiding.

LOL. I am sure he has more important things to worry about then me. Like his new reality show based on his campaign.

Besides, he's got plenty of powerful friends like Priebus, Hillary and Bill, Romney, and Soros.

The last couple days its “white racist Trump supporters everywhere”. Now its “Trump loves Hitler”. I hope all this nonsense just continues to degrade the LSM credibility.

Trump’s not my first choice; Cruz is. Having said that...

They got it wrong. Trump is one of the ‘Boys from Brazil’.

I’d love it if he sued them into the Stone Age. In terms of ballsy ideology, this is like watching Patton run for president.

The Ring of Fire started as a weekly syndicated radio show in 2004 for the purpose of exposing Wall Street thugs, environmental criminality, corporate media failure, and political back stories that you will rarely find from any other source. Since its formation, Ring of Fire has expanded into a multi-media outlet for the latest Progressive news, commentary and analysis. Mike Papantonio, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Sam Seder and Farron Cousins host . . .

Well, OK then.

So he and the media would like you to believe. The ones he has been contributing to and friends with are suddenly his enemies. Not likely.
