It called the tax legally unenforceable because Washington state prohibits local governments from adopting laws related to firearms unless those local ordinances are specifically authorized by the state.

There's another argument about the absurdity of the law.

It's like proposing a tax on every motor vehicle to finance the public cost created by DUIs, unlicensed drivers carjackers, car thieves and illegal aliens...

Just like the model tax imposed on the "Take Over" morons for hundreds of millions of damage in recent history...

I think the famous observation, The power to tax is the power to destroy" was around before the founding of our Republic.

What happened?

Has anyone identified the MENSA reject who proposed this absurdity?

I don't care if he/she/it is mentally disabled and protected by the ADA Laws.
