Trump on Jeb, O'Malley, and Black Lives Matter (Which Is Led By a White Guy)

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Donald Trump last night was in Derry, New Hampshire, at a press conference. During the Q&A a reporter said, "Jeb Bush is in the state. He's right down the road from you here. We're in this state; we're in the town hall. Have you gotten under his skin?"

TRUMP: Have I gotten under Jeb Bush's skin? I -- I don't know. I will tell you this. You mentioned the word "skin." He said the other day one of the dumber things I've heard ever in politics when talking about Iraq. That we, the United States, he said, "We have to show them that we have skin in the game" in order to go into Iraq. We've lost $2 trillion, thousands of lives -- wounded warriors, who I love, all over the place -- and he's talking about we have to show them that we have skin in the game? For him to say that we have to show them that we have skin in the game is one of the really dumb statements.

RUSH: I think Jeb was talking about going into Iraq via ISIS, right? And we can't just sit here and tell the Iraqi military what to do and plan battle attacks and strategy for other people. We gotta get there ourselves. We gotta go back to Iraq is what he means, what Jeb means, because we pulled out. We gotta get some skin in the game, show we're willing to be part of this movement right there, not from afar. And Trump wasn't through, though...

TRUMP: I'll tell you his other dumb statement is "an act of love," that they come here for an act of love. And I would say between Common Core, his "act of love" on immigration, and "skin in the game" with Iraq -- that's the third one that we've now added -- I don't see how he's electable. And then on top of that, he talks about women's health issues, and he's against women's health. Now, then he comes back a few hours later, he says he misspoke. But he's bad on women's health issues. Nobody's gonna be better on women's health issues than Donald Trump.

RUSH: (laughing) I just sit here... (laughing) From the moment Trump announced, I've been laughing. I laughed uproariously that day, and I keep laughing. Another question. Democrat "Martin O'Malley today is in Las Vegas and staging an event in Vegas with some of the employees at your hotel, trying to get them to unionize. Do you have any response?”

TRUMP: Well, I know nothing about him. I think he's got less than 1% in the poll. And I did see my beautiful building on the television. It's beautiful, tallest building in Las Vegas. I'm very proud of it. Most beautiful building in Las Vegas. I know he was in front. Martin O'Malley was there to try and get some publicity, which he desperately needs, and I think he was the one that said that white lives don't matter. I mean, is he the one that apologized almost in tears 'cause he made a mistake of saying...? Is that the same Martin O'Malley that we're talking about? I think he should be ashamed of himself.

RUSH: Well, that's true. Martin O'Malley is out there; he's with Bernie Sanders and this Black Lives Matter thing is going on, and they thought they would curry favor with everybody. "Well, all lives matter!" Uh oh! Here came the Black Lives Matter activist storming the stage. The Black Lives Matter activists -- who are led by a white guy, by the way, who refused to go on CNN last night, Shaun King. They invited him on and he refused to go on.

Anyway, so, the Black Lives Matter crowd storms the stage and takes the microphone away from Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley, and they apologized for saying "all lives matter." That's what Trump is referring to. He also said, "You know, Jeb Bush is in town. He's down the street at an appearance. You know what he's audience is doing? They're probably asleep by now." He thinks Jeb doesn't have enough energy.

Liar White Boy also claimed he was the victim of racial violence when he was young.

This is where policy differences with Cruz will emerge. I think ISIS needs to be eradicated and that requires our involvement.

Hard to believe that any of those people showed up without some sort of incentive being offered to them.

Next time, require that they look alive.

The three younger people on the back right in green shirts sure aren’t there because they want to be.

One’s on the phone, one is asleep and the other is yawning bored to death.

If America gets involved in any wars, the goal should be total victory ala WW 2, not the international law limited warfare under United Nations rules we have practiced since 1945 starting in Korea and continuing to Afghanistan and Iraq post 9/11.

After 9/11 millions should have been mobilized and the entire region from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan should have been dealt with or the United States should have stayed home completely.

By the way, I do support Ted Cruz and have sent him $$$$ and am planning to send him more.

Why do Cruz supporters almost always put in disclaimers about their support for Cruz?...Almost apologetic.

“Why do Cruz supporters almost always put in disclaimers about their support for Cruz?”

Because they’re hoping against hope that money will tell the tale.
