After reports surfaced that former “19 Kids and Counting” star Josh Duggar had an Ashley Madison account, the disgraced reality star has admitted he cheated on his wife Anna Duggar.
Ashley Madison is a website that claims to pair up men and women looking for extramarital affairs. Its database was hacked, and the e-mail addresses and other information from its members was leaked.
In a statement posted on the Duggar family’s website he wrote: “I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the Internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife.”

Porn is being used as an excuse. It’s the goto addiction for Christian men to blame and overcome by the grace of God. I’ve seen it done many times.
Of course, the wife is bound by God to stand by her man in their world view. I pity her having to put up with this, but at the same time, she probably knew something was up. Most women do.
I was surprised at the Megyn Kelly interview. She let the family skate. The mother knew more than she was admitting. The family found someone to go to for counseling that has been charged with sex crimes. They found a policeman who didn’t bother to report the crime. How convenient!
One of the girls was only five when she was molested. She wasn’t interviewed. That makes sense because of her age, but I have a feeling it wasn’t Josh who first came out with the molestation, but the five year old.
I do despise people who hide evil acts behind the mantle of religion and continue to do these things while pretending to follow Christianity.

In a way you are right but he has destroyed the credibility of the next pro traditional marriage spokesman because he was a huge hypocrite. He is against gay married but treats his marriage like some kind of joke or something. He has hurt conservatives more then you can imagine. He makes the entire pro transitional marriage supporters a laughing stock and he did that ALL BY HIMSELF. (ok with the Devil’s help).
You and I argued over Josh a while back.
Now I have to admit you were right about a lot of things I disagreed with you about.
I wanted to believe better than what I am now learning.
I think a lot of people wanted to believe strongly as you did. He and his family have let people down. I realize we all make mistakes but his are ongoing. I just wonder if his parents will forgive and forget as easily as they did the last time? I feel bad for his wife and kids.
