Who Printed Hillary’s Emails?
Townhall.com ^ | August 20, 2015 | Derek Hunter

Hillary Clinton, former secretary of state and the best the Democratic Party has to offer to lead the country, is in a pinch. Either she’s a complete fraud and liar or so completely out of touch with reality that someone should hide the car keys from her, even though she hasn’t driven in 20 years.

When asked on Tuesday if she’d tried to wipe clean her secret, unsecured email server, Clinton came across like someone who’d wiped her brain clean.

Her answer, the first time it was asked, was, “My personal emails are my personal business, right? We went through a painstaking process and turned over 55,000 pages of anything we thought could be work-related. Under the law, that decision is made by the official. I was the official. I made those decisions, and as I just said over 1,200 of the emails have already been deemed not work-related. All I can tell you is in retrospect had I used a government account and I’d said: ‘You know what, let’s release everything. Let’s let everybody in America see what I did for four years,’ we would have the same arguments.”

Take a moment and think about that.

Forget the absurdity of her claim of transparency since her records are, or at least were supposed to be, subjected to the Federal Records Act. There’s something else in her statement which should lead to more serious questions.

Focus on the “55,000 pages” part. Are we to believe Hillary sat down at her desktop printer and printed more than 55,000 pages of emails? That’s 110 reams of paper and God only knows how much ink. Unless she had a printer that was certified secure to handle classified information, she could not print those documents on her home printer.

The Clinton mansion is large enough to handle an industrial-sized printer/copier, but it’s unlikely there is one there. That means the time involved would, assuming an average of 30 pages per minute on a home printer, take Hillary around 1,800 minutes to print out those pages. That’s 30 hours. If she didn’t do it straight through, that would leave those printed pages unguarded while she slept.

If this were the method she chose, which is doubtful, the odds are slim that she did this printing even over the course of two days, or by herself. It’s more likely it was done over a period of a few weeks with the help of staff. Did they all have the proper clearance? If she left the room, or more likely the house, with those classified documents sitting anywhere, she violated the law.

After removing the prospect of her printing that many pages at home, the other possibility is she had someone else do it – probably her lawyer, David Kendall.

Kendall is a long-time Clinton ally who had thumb drives with the classified emails on them in his possession for some time. Putting aside whether it was legal for him to possess those documents, it’s highly likely his law offices have one of those high-capacity printers that could spit out 55,000 pieces of paper fairly quickly. But it’s highly unlikely that printer is certified secure by the intelligence community, which would make it illegal to print classified documents on it.

Who possessed and printed Hillary’s emails is important because she knew, or should have known (it doesn’t legally matter), there was classified material in them, up to and including the U.S. government’s highest classification.

So who printed them? Where were they printed? How was that mountain of papers handled and guarded during that process? Where is the printer they were printed on?

These may seem like trivial matters, but there are people in jail right now for mishandling classified material who took much more care than any of the options Hillary Clinton likely used.

Hillary Clinton has a lot of explaining to do, but she’s not willing or able to do it. If she allows the press anywhere near her in the next year, and that’s not a given, how these pages came to be printed and delivered are questions she should be asked.

Another question, a much simpler one, is why didn’t she just hand over electronic copies of her email? She was willing to put scans of them on thumb drives … why not the original version? That would make them easily searchable and would show an electronic trail if they’d been altered from their original form and had, say, classified markings removed. Hmm… Maybe she should be asked about that too?

Of course, this would require an honest media interested in asking uncomfortable questions to the leading Democrat in the race to be president. The odds of that happening are about as low as the odds of Hillary following the laws governing the handling of classified documents.

55,000 pages of stuff is an awful lot. On a regular laserjet printer (the $1,500 type), might print out 40 sheets a minute if there’s fancy graphics or such. Even if you did this continuously, the printer would heat up and by the fourth hour....you might have issues. Even for cartridge use....I’d take a guess that you’d go through three cartridges to print that many pages.

But here’s the odd thing. You could line up the emails and do a mass print of a hundred emails at a whack. Once you hand over the boxes and boxes of this data....it’s all in paper form and if you were going to do some massive data search....you’d have to read all of these to find the one message that pertains to the topic you desire. She was doing no favors for people who wanted to review the personal papers of her four years as Secretary of State.

If she makes it through all of this, and becomes President in 2017...I’m just wondering how the archives people intend to deal with her and her habits.

You also have to ask, "who reviewed/read all the emails?" Presuming that there might be secret content in any email, the reviewer(s) had to hold a sufficient clearance level to be potentially exposed to any state secret.

The other part of access in a classified environment is "need to know." Even if the reviewer(s) had the proper clearance--highly doubtful--they did not have a need to know in terms of their mission, unless the mission was to cover for Hillary's crimes.

Find the printer.

The documents are stored on its hard drive!

I believe that there is a serial number for the printer on the paper used, not discernable to the naked eye.

"Trey Gowdy has never accomplished a single thing as an investigator in Congress. All noise and no results."

100% correct, he has been a yapping dog. He reminds me of Judicial Watch when Larry Klayman ran it. All noise and no action and ZERO results. FYI, it has taken well over a decade for Judicial Watch to uncover ANYTHING of merit after taking in way over $100 million as a NONPROFIT that is subsidized by the taxpayers. But I digress. Back to whatever Trey's hair style is this week.

Gowdy is all bark and no bite. He is a yapping Chihuahua held back on a little diamond leash by the ever tearful and always orange of skin John Boehner. Boehner carries Gowdy around in one of those little dog purses and every so often opens it up so Gowdy can bark a little. After a little noise by Gowdy Boehner shoves Gowdy back in to his purse.

The other big question that isn’t being asked by the MSM is: Who sent these emails to Hillary? How did they get their hands on top secret info? How was this secured info transferred from secure government systems to a private email account and then onto Hillary? Did all these people even have the necessary clearances?
Why didn’t Hillary not reprimand and stop all transfers? Knowingly allowing classified info to be circulated by unsecured means is an infraction of policy and/or laws in itself.
There is a huge untapped story still out there that hasn’t even been touched yet. The MSM is focused solely on Hillary and her server, instead of the overall conspiracy to evade federal laws governing classified documents.

My guess would be some State flunkie or peon paralegal at Kendall’s office. The FBI should squeeze them. The other big question is did Hillary herself sift through nearly 200,000 emails to get it down to 55,000 or did someone else do it and of course did they have a security clearance? Of course Hillary would not have time that’s little people’s work.

Do a Google search on Guccifer and Clinton and look for recent article in "before it was news". It has an interview with the jailed hacker. FR won't let me post it from that source. But consider what he had to say about Colin Powell:

"He found his core audience when Russia Today published emails about the Benghazi Embassy attacks hacked from then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Sydney Blumenthal, her advisor. The tinfoil hat subculture pounced on these and hailed Guccifer as their enforcer. This was when he turned conspiratorial – out of what might be called the political necessity of going native for the sake of his fans. He got hooked and went past the point of return despite the fact that none of his hacks revealed anything of public interest."

"In March 2013 Guccifer achieved mainstream renown, breaking into accounts belonging to Colin Powell, former US Secretary of State and Chief of Staff. He got Powell’s email from the contact list of the U.N. Under-Secretary-General Joseph Verner-Reed, who he also hacked. Armed with nothing but Russian proxy servers and ‘social engineering’ skills, the hacker logged onto Powell’s AOL account by guessing the password based on his grandmother’s name. He downloaded all emails, attachments, metadata and contacts."

It makes me wonder if Clinton got caught and started deleting to hide something.

Thanks for posting. Many people don’t realize that modern printers have high-capacity hard disc drives that can store HUGE amounts of material that has been printed out by the printer. And many of the printers used in the private sector (e.g., Shrillary’s attorney’s office) DO NOT INCORPORATE the stringent security specifications established by the US Department of Defense (DoD). And therefore material that has been printed may well be still on the printer’s (or printers’) disc drive(s).

Shrillary, egotist that she is, may well have also had material that she HAS NOT TURNED OVER (remember the “billing records” from her time in Arkansas?) printed out in addition to the material that she turned over to the state department.

The Obama regime’s DOJ and its FBI (either because of willful obtuseness or incompetence) can not be trusted to actually think to get warrants and recover the potential hard drives. IT WOULD BE NICE IF RUSH MADE REFERENCE TO THIS POSSIBILITY ON HIS SHOW TODAY. That could light a fire with the FBI and get them off of their dead asses... or at least possibly shame them into doing something. At this point, Shrillary’s associates would likely be too fearful to attempt to destroy additional evidence in reaction to this..

Rush had a caller last week who made some allusion to this, but Rush didn't get it, and frankly, neither did I. She said something like "where are the other records? How did she get these? Were they delivered by courier?" Well, I thought they were e-mails.

Then a couple of days ago, another caller made the same reference, and Rush still wasn't getting it but I started to see that there is some process that we're all missing. Supposedly some of the "e-mails" didn't have the classified markings on them (I find that bogus), but a commentator on Hannity said "for example, satellite images wouldn't". HUH? So if someone sends you a satellite image is it embedded in the e-mail, or do you have to use a link to go outside? And is that link not classified?

Can you make any sense out of this?

I’d theorize it was a crew of paralegals at Williams & Connolly where David Kendall is a partner.

Madam conveniently forgets that she as "the official" is entirely incorrect simply because at that time of 'deciding' she was NOT AN OFFICIAL in any capacity. Furthermore, now with the verified existence of classified material in those emails, it is ludicrous - outrageous - to think that a person suspected of mishandling classified information would "be the official who investigates herself."

A couple of points, you are right on the issue that she was NOT an Government official when SHE decided what to turn over to the State Department after it became known she had a server with Official Emails.

Second point is that this was a full 6 months AFTER the Congress asked for those emails and the server.

Finally, She or someone she directed ordered that server wiped clean. AFTER both the State Department and a Congressional Committee asked for them. I am putting my money of Cheryl Mills.

Someone Obstructed Justice and is guilty of destruction of evidence. Someone also authorized that server administered by a Company that did not have Government Clearance to handle classified material.

Who ordered the Server wiped? Hillary MUST answer for that. She claims the server was hers, the emails were hers.

I think Hillary just set her own big butt on fire.

Hillary: “ ..... Under the law, that decision is made by the official. I was the official. I made those decisions .....”

This is the part I have more trouble with. She’s her own judge and juror, and she did nothing wrong.

“People should and do trust me”, another quotable gem from Hillary.
