First rainfall since Tianjin explosion leaves city covered in mysterious white foam
The first rainfall to wash over Tianjin since a series of blasts struck a warehouse in the Binhai district last week has sparked a new wave of concern as an unidentified white foam has appeared on the streets.
Some who made contact with it are reporting a burning sensation on their face and lips, while others are reporting a stinging sensation on their arms. Some have said they experienced an itchy sensation, according to a NetEase News report.

Possible it is remnants of the foam used to fight the fires. A couple years ago, there was a leak from a foam tank at our airport fire department. We ended up foam 10 feet high covering a local river downstream from the spill.
...and it is a bit corrosive.

Before we look into this too deeply... Is George Soros exposed in these markets? If so, I suspect it's just salt coming off the trees, or maybe natural soil patterns. Anyway, we won't know anything until we hear from Obama, the Chinese government, possibly Hillary and other trustworthy sources. Nothing on MSNBC so far. Probably nothing.

I know that whenever I come across some unknown, possibly toxic white foam on the ground, the first thing that I do is rub it on my face and lips...It's also possible that it rained, and they got wet.

burning sensation on their face and lipsMy initial recommendation to them would be to not put it on their lips.

hazardous chemicals stored by the company concerned include sodium cyanide (NaCN), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and calcium carbide (CaC2), all of which pose direct threats to human health on contact.
NaCN in particular is highly toxic; and CaC2 and TDI react violently with water and reactive chemicals

It’s the government. They tested the substance before it even showed up. No negative effects on humans. Completely harmless. However if swallowed or skin contact, seek immediate medical attention. If this falling in the rain, their open water reservoirs are contaminated now too.

err...was it cold that day?
All kidding aside, this blast and the substances that were blow to hell and away n the atmosphere around there are probably going to have long term adverse effects on a lot of people.
THE CCP knows it too...that’s why they pushed the absolute no go zone away in a 3km radius from ground zero. tHEY EVACUATED THAT WHOLE AREA NOW. That’s a 1.85 mile distance for the radius. A 3.7 mile diameter...a total of almost 11 square miles. That’s a LOT of city in a densely packed city like TIANJIN.
tHAT TELLS YOU A LOT RIGHT THERE.
