Rocky Mount United Methodist Church decided what to do with the gully behind their church–they built a gun range and launched a gun range ministry “in the name of Jesus Christ.”

Only in the media, and among pacifist Christians is this considered a contradiction.

Christ told the apostles to lock and load, because He knew they were going into a potentially deadly situation, and it seems only the Father had omniscience at the time (Christ didn't, but still had a supernatural prescience. He's back to omniscience now, of course).
