High school students told to remove American flags from trucks

A high school student says when his mother came to pick him up in his truck that was flying an American flag, a staff member told them it wasn’t allowed to be flown on school property.

Now multiple students at Mount Zion High School in Carrolton are standing behind him and flying flags on their cars.

We do request that all students and parents respect the learning environment of the school and refrain from causing disruptions on school grounds.

Odd, nothing mentioned about faculty or staff causing disruption, I wonder why?
