I will forever carry an enmity against Bethesda for making Fallout into a FPS. I get horrible vertigo when I try to play them.

I always liked turned based more but Oblivion forced me to play it. It put a sword to my head ;) Now I’m fine with them but yes, it took some getting used to because I like strategy/story more than hack and slash.
Rockstar games I avoid though. Tried LA Noir. I hate the way they control. Feels like I’m disconnected from what happens onscreen.

Not necessarily. The book would have gone to publication before 2 months ago, and there are other reasons they might not have feature photos of every player. Cutting him out of a team photo would be intentional, but editorial decisions on pictures per page, number of pages, etc., and especially in light of the season...winning or losing.
If it is intentional, then it’s both stupid and unhelpful, but it would still be hard to prove intentionality.
IANAL, but from what I can tell, the vast majority of people have unrealistic expectations of what a winning lawsuit might bring.
