So what was the reason we had to bring back McConnell, Boehner and the rest of the RINOs?
The Liberal-Republicans share in the spilling of innocent blood.

For what it’s worth, if the Senate Majority Leader votes against cloture, I believe he is allowed to bring the bill back to the floor, while voting FOR a failed cloture prevents the reintroduction.
The fact that cloture failed, however, is inexcusable.

By changing his vote from Yes to No at the end he can bring it back up for consideration.

When is he going to change that R to a D?
Maybe to a C for Communist, since he seems not to believe in a just God that would punish a supporter of the baby killers for profit.
To: CivilWarBrewing
He voted no so that he could bring it back up at a future date.

So Mitch has just outed himself as a supporter of mass murder, and a very Nazi like harvesting of the tissues of those “victims”.
Way to go Mitch!

My God....really? You don’t know how the Senate works? He voted against it so it could be brought up again. It is procedural. However, your faux drama is hilarious.
