Human Capital – Episode 1: Planned Parenthood’s Black Market in Baby Parts
Center for Medical Progress ^ | July 28, 2015 | David Daleiden

Posted on 07/28/2015 6:25:08 AM PDT by libertarian27

LOS ANGELES, July 28–The first episode in a new documentary web series features a woman who once worked in Planned Parenthood clinics describing the profit motive involved in Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted fetal body parts, and includes new admissions from top-level Planned Parenthood leadership about the illicit pricing structure.

The “Human Capital” documentary web series is produced by The Center for Medical Progress and integrates expert interviews, eyewitness accounts, and real-life undercover interactions to tell the story of Planned Parenthood’s commercial exploitation of aborted fetal tissue. Episode 1, “Planned Parenthood’s Black Market in Baby Parts,” launches today at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xw2xi9mhmuo

Episode 1 introduces Holly O’Donnell, a licensed phlebotomist who unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012. “I thought I was going to be just drawing blood, not procuring tissue from aborted fetuses,” says O’Donnell, who fainted in shock on her first day of work in a Planned Parenthood clinic when suddenly asked to dissect a freshly-aborted fetus during her on-the-job training.

For 6 months, O’Donnell’s job was to identify pregnant women at Planned Parenthood who met criteria for fetal tissue orders and to harvest the fetal body parts after their abortions. O’Donnell describes the financial benefit Planned Parenthood received from StemExpress: “For whatever we could procure, they would get a certain percentage. The main nurse was always trying to make sure we got our specimens. No one else really cared, but the main nurse did because she knew that Planned Parenthood was getting compensated.”

Episode 1 also shows undercover video featuring the Vice President and Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) in Denver, CO, Dr. Savita Ginde. PPRM is one of the largest and wealthiest Planned Parenthood affiliates and operates clinics in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Nevada. Standing in the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic pathology laboratory, where fetuses are brought after abortions, Ginde concludes that payment per organ removed from a fetus will be the most beneficial to Planned Parenthood: “I think a per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it.”

The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).

Dr. Katherine Sheehan, Medical Director emerita of Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest in San Diego, describes her affiliate’s long-time relationship with Advanced Bioscience Resources, a middleman company that has been providing aborted fetal organs since 1989: “We’ve been using them for over 10 years, really a long time, you know, just kind of renegotiated the contract. They’re doing the big government-level collections and things like that.”

“Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby parts is an offensive and horrifying reality that is widespread enough for many people to be available to give first-person testimony about it,” notes David Daleiden, Project Lead for The Center for Medical Progress. “CMP’s investigative journalism work will continue to surface more compelling eyewitness accounts and primary source evidence of Planned Parenthood’s trafficking and selling baby parts for profit. There should be an immediate moratorium on Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding while Congress and the states determine the full extent of the organization’s lawbreaking.”

What is obscene is that Congress is doing nothing.

Congress is corrupt. It's gone.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD SEXUALIZING CHILDREN-—---THE PLAN TO GET MORE BODY PARYS?

(CNSNews.com) – By the time they leave elementary school, children should be able to “define sexual orientation,” and by the eighth grade be able to “define emergency contraception and its use,” according to a report containing controversial new recommendations for sex education in U.S. public schools.

“Ideally, comprehensive sexuality education should start in kindergarten and continue through 12th grade,” says the “National Sexuality Education Standards” report, drawn up by a range of advocates, academics and public education officials.

The Future of Sex Education (FoSE), an initiative started by sex education advocates, developed the standards “to create a strategic plan for sexuality education policy and implementation.”

Also involved are the American School Health Association, the National Education Association Health Information Network – the non-profit arm of the nation’s largest teacher’s union, the NEA – the American Association for Health Education and the Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education.

An advisory committee includes senior officials from Planned Parenthood and the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).

----------------------------------------------------------

The 45-page report determines “age-appropriate” guidelines for comprehensive sexuality education in the areas of anatomy, "identity," pregnancy, sexually-transmitted diseases (STDs) and others. “Specifically, the National Sexuality Education Standards were developed to address the inconsistent implementation of sexuality education nationwide and the limited time allocated to teaching the topic,” reads the report.

The authors argue too little time is devoted to instruction in HIV, pregnancy and STD prevention – a median total of 3.1 hours in elementary school, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In its rationale for sex education in public schools, the report says there is “a pressing need to address harassment,

bullying and relationship violence in our schools, which have a significant impact on a student’s emotional and physical well-being as well as on academic success.”

Standards to be introduced in kindergarten and be met by the second grade include: “Identify different kinds of family structures” and “Demonstrate ways to show respect for different types of families.”

Recommendations for students by the time they reach age seven include that they [u]se proper names for body parts, including male and female anatomy” and “[p]rovide examples of how friends, family, media, society and culture influence ways in which boys and girls think they should act.”

Starting in the third grade, and upon completion of the fifth – when most children are 10 years old – students should be able to “[d]efine sexual orientation as the romantic attraction of an individual to someone of the same gender or a different gender” and “[i]dentify parents or other trusted adults of whom students can ask questions about sexual orientation.”

By completion of the eighth grade, the report says, students should be able to “[d]ifferentiate between gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation,” “[e]xplain the range of gender roles,” and “[d]efine emergency contraception and its use.”

Upon completion of middle school, students should be able to “[a]nalyze external influences that have an impact on one’s attitudes about gender, sexual orientation and gender identity”;

<><>“[a]ccess accurate information about gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation”;

<><> “[c]ommunicate respectfully with and about people of all gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations”;

<><>“[e]xplain the health benefits, risks and effectiveness rates of various methods of contraception, including abstinence and condoms”; and,

<><> “[d]escribe the steps to using a condom correctly.”

And by the time they graduate from high school students should be expected to “[d]efine emergency contraception and describe its mechanism of action” and “[a]ssess the skills and resources needed to become a parent.”

------------------------------------------------------------

Included in the guidelines are the following: “Compare and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of abstinence and other contraceptive methods, including condoms”; “Access medically-accurate information and resources about emergency contraception”;

“Compare and contrast the laws relating to pregnancy, adoption, abortion and parenting”; and “Describe potential impacts of power differences (e.g., age, status or position) within sexual relationships.”

The report includes a glossary that defines gender expression, gender identity, gender roles, and transgenderism. “National Resources” for teachers, listed in the report, include GLSEN and Planned Parenthood Advocates for Youth, an organization that supports federal legislation for comprehensive sex education policy.

While the standards include references to abstinence, the FoSE advocates against abstinence-only programs. “Today, as the pendulum swings away from abstinence-only-until-marriage programs, advocates for comprehensive sex education are challenged to remain vigilant on the policy front, making certain that we maintain gains against this failed effort,” FoSE says on its Web site.

FoSE lists Focus on the Family, Concerned Women for America, Moral Majority and the Eagle Forum as groups that “spearheaded campaigns to discredit comprehensive sexuality education.

The "kind-hearted" smiling, reassuring Clintons
told us abortion would be "safe, legal and rare."

============================================

The Clintons "forgot" to mention opening
the gates to the trafficking in baby body parts.

(1999 EXCERPT--WND.COM). Then-Pres Clinton is credited w/ opening up the market in fetal body parts. Since Clinton signed the National Institutes of Health Revitalization Act of 1993, “fetal-tissue research” has expanded into a federally subsidized multi-million dollar industry of selling human spare parts salvaged from abortions.

For example, the NIH budgeted $21 million in fiscal year 1999 for grants and awards for fetal tissue research. At the University of Washington, the NIH subsidizes the central laboratory for human embryology.

According to a lab notice obtained by WorldNetDaily, it “can supply tissue from normal or abnormal embryos and fetuses of desired gestational ages between 40 days to term. Specimens are obtained within minutes of passage, and tissues are aseptically identified, staged, and immediately processed according to the requirements of individual investigators.” The notice is signed by Alan G. Fantel of the department of pediatrics.

At the time, two organizations that profited from this growth industry were (the now defunct) Opening Lines, a business formerly located in West Frankfort, Illinois...... and Anatomic Gift Foundation, headquartered in Laurel, Maryland.

Opening Lines gives credit to President Clinton for opening up the lucrative business in fetal tissue trade.

According to Opening Lines, on January 22, 1993, Clinton lifted the moratorium on federal funding. “This action created a great demand for fetal tissue and has made possible the development of treatments for individuals afflicted with serious diseases and disorders,” says the sales brochure.

Both companies served as wholesalers for the marketing of baby body parts to researchers, drug companies, hospitals and universities. These groups harvest the parts from abortion clinics and ship them to their customers.

Opening Lines provides fetal tissue researchers with a “fee for service schedule,” which gives prices for each body part. For example, Opening Lines charged:

<><> $150 for a spinal column;

<><> $400 for an intact embryonic cadaver;

<><>$75 for 8-week-old baby's eyeballs (40% discount for a single eye);

<><>$150 for two arms or legs; and,

<><> $100 for the skin of a 12-week-old baby.

(Mmmmmm.... looks like they "forgot" to post the price of baby skin lampshades.)

=====================================================

Now, more then ever---it is imperative that we determine whether the companies trafficing in baby body parts, their principles, subsidiaries, tangenital companies, and so on......contributed to:

<><> the Clinton Foundation

<><> and/or The Clinton Foundation's multiple offshoots.

<><> Hillary Clinton's present campaign

<><> Hillary Clinton's previous campaigns

<><> Bill Clinton's campaigns.

AND whether the billionaire Clintons have a financial interest in companies selling baby body parts. As these video’s come out (and there are plenty more to come), we will continue analyzing the legal ramifications of Planned Parenthood’s admissions and developing a comprehensive legal strategy to expose and shut down the abortion giant in the courts, in Congress, and in the court of public opinion.

When videos of Planned Parenthood's barbarism surfaced, the P/P savages made a big deal about this "interfering" w/ the aborted women's "decision" to donate the baby's body parts for "research."

But ......if the woman says ‘no’....the baby is not to be used for parts.....does Planned Parenthood respect that decision? There is no way to enforce that......the woman never knows if her wishes were respected.

One more crucial point:

P/P is in US schools indoctrinating K-12 schoolkids....under the guise of teaching "Family Life" classes.

Was the subject of "donating baby body parts" brought up in these Family Life classes...as the P/P MO to indoctrinate kids....to get more baby parts for profit?

CALL YOUR SCHOOLS NOW---ARE P/P's BARBARIC PROFIT-MAKING SCHEMES INCULCATING KIDS IN YOUR SCHOOLS?

Found similar from a paper in 2009 under the sfarchdiocese domain in:Commercial Markets Created by Abortion: Profiting from the Fetal Distribution Chain

To compute the wholesaler‟s monthly net profit, gross revenue received from the researchers must be computed. Payment for specific fetal parts and tissues harvested was based on a price list called “Fee for Service Schedule” published by wholesaler Opening Lines, a Division of Consultative and Diagnostic Pathology, Inc. The fee schedule purports to estimate the reimbursable cost allocable to retrieving a particular body part, organ or tissue. If the laws against trafficking were being observed, the fees for providing the fetal parts ordered should essentially correspond to the wholesaler‟s costs of $6,700 computed above.

According to logs detailing tissue shipments, 155 specimens were shipped in a representative month. These specimens included 47 livers, 11 liver fragments, 7 brains, 21 eyes, 8 thymuses, 23 legs, 14 pancreases, 14 lungs, 6 arms, 1 kidney/adrenal gland and 3 intact specimens for purposes of securing the blood. When priced out according to the “Fee for Service Schedule,” 80 the shipment of parts for the month generated gross revenues of between $18,700 and $24,700, depending upon whether the parts were shipped fresh or frozen. Some sample prices for individual body parts from the above-referenced schedule are as follows: liver $150, pancreas $100, thymus $100, kidney $125, lungs and heart block $150, brain $999, spinal cord $325, bone morrow $350, eyes $75, gonads $550, intact cadaver $400, intact trunk with/without limbs $500, limbs (at least 2) $150.

A second viewing shows the organs are arranged in a round glass bowl not a stainless steel one.

Planned Parenthood is a vile organization. Defund it. Shut it down. Charge with murder and prosecute the baby parts peddlers.

With the 3rd video released it is unacceptable that a bill is not being voted on to ‪#‎DEFUNDPLANNEDPARENTHOOD‬ so I am asking everyone to call Mitch McConnells office in Louisville, KY Phone: (502) 582-6304 or his DC office (which is having high call volumes and your call will most likely be disconnected as mine was) at (202) 224-2541

I don’t even see it as a Christian or religious issue. It is a human rights issue. Even atheists should have some respect for life.

This is also true, I know of many openly non Christians that know abortion is wrong...so actually that pretty much proves that people cant claim to simply being deceived as a reason for their support of abortion.

No wonder the assistant fainted her first day on the job.

I'm amazed that she had a second day on the job. Yet, apparently, she kept working there for 6 months.

Even more amazing is that there are people that think murder is a proper form of of birth control.

Well, you know how it is. On a hot date, when both are feeling strongly "in the mood", disrupting the spontaneity of the moment to use some sort of birth control device would just ruin the magic of the evening. The option of abortion allows the magic to happen.

I hope they continue to document this atrocity and publish it far and wide.

Planned Parenthood, and all those involved in the killing of little children in the womb and then selling their body parts are a bunch of frickin’ Josef Mengeles.

Anyone who cannot see this once they see the Planned Parenthood rep on the video, and then hear the rabid defense of these animals by the libs, progressives, and PP itself, is past feeling as far as I am concerned.

And the fact that GOP leadership is falling over itself to continue PP funding is equally sickening and makes them equally culpable...particularly after this wretchedness has been exposed.

Either we the people are going to have to stand and put this evil down, and use our power of the vote to do so...and then legally and criminally go after these people...or I predict one day that God in Heaven will do so Himself...and if He has to, then it is going to be ugly for our nation, and His judgement will be just.

We have been the most richly blessed nation in the world...and God has already told us, through His Son, Jesus Christ, that anyone who offends little ones like these children, that it would be better in the long run for them that a millstone were tied around their neck and they be tossed in the Ocean.
