The latest controversy over Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email system while secretary of state is not only a possible drag on her presidential campaign, but it also creates a potential headache for Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
The inspectors general for the State Department and intelligence community on Friday disclosed that an internal review of Clinton's system concluded some emails contained classified information and that the inspectors general had sent a non-criminal "referral" to the Justice Department over the matter.
Lynch and her department must now determine what to do next -- including whether to open a criminal investigation -- and whatever she decides will be under intense scrutiny, especially by Republicans on Capitol Hill.

Who in congress is going to suggest the impeachment of Loretta Lynch? Anyone?
:)
” she hadn’t received or sent anything that was classified at the time”?
Sounds like what the meaning of IS, is?
Lying, thieving drifters.
The procedures for unintentional classified information exposure is 1) report the violation to proper cognizant security, 2) PROTECT the information; turn over to same as soon as possible, 3) respond to all requests by same for information.
She did none of this. Violated procedures in allowing mismarked classified information to be sent in the clear. Violated procedures when she “screened” her own email. Violated procedures by not turning over the AIS equipment (server). By not answering any questions, technically I guess she didn’t “lie”, but if I were an AG, I’d throw the damned book at her.
The information I read says that the information in the emails was derived from correctly marked classified information and the secondary product wasn’t marked. A pure violation. If it came from marked material it is still classified.
I’ll never forget.
When I was at the Pentagon to sign my for my Top Secret clearance a clerk said here sign this.
I asked what I was signing and he said that you agree you’ve read all these manuals in the book case behind me and that you agree that if you violate any of the materials therein you will be jailed and fined for each offense.
About 50 books. I just signed and went on.
