Agenda 21 and the route to perpetual democrat/communist political power. Independent minded Americans who are inclined to vote for a conservative and favor limited government are found in the affluent suburbs. To destroy them as a political class, the suburbs must be destroyed and the population hered into the cities, where they can be made into dependent politically reliable sheep.

Actually replacement of Americans at all levels of employment have been part of so called ‘Free Trade’ agreements since the grandaddy of them NAFTA.
One goal of ‘Free Trade’ is global unimpeded access to ‘natural persons’. All Free Trade agreement over ride US immigration law and mandate access to guest workers regardless of the unemployment situation. All NIV’s, non immigrant visas are riddled with loop holes and any minimal requirements are enforced using the ‘honor system’.
