I don’t think Ted Cruz would have supported it or giving fast track authority to 0bama if it was this kind of Trojan horse. It wouldn’t be Constitutional, would it?

Yes Democrat_media is correct and Yes Cruz voted to fast track three secret trade deals. One of which does as Democrat_media media describes. However Cruz got very lucky when the House did not pass the "deal" the Senate passed. So after Ted got severely beaten about the head and shoulders by conservative grass roots he found a reason to vote against the bill the House sent to the Senate. The House bill passed the Senate by 1 vote so Cruz's second chance no vote did not matter. A no vote on cloture the first time would have mattered.

Ted sided with the globalists with it mattered.
