Pentagon Refuses to Arm Military Recruiters – Tells Them to “Close the Blinds”
Army chief of staff Gen. Ray Odierno said on Friday he has no plans to arm recruiters or add security patrols to military recruitment centers in the wake of the Islamist terror attacks on unarmed, unguarded military offices in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Thursday. Odierno basically said he doesn’t trust his troops to handle their weapons properly.
Also on Friday, the Marine Corps ordered recruiters to not wear their uniforms at work for ‘force protection.’
Today the Pentagon added this– Military recruiters are being told to “close the blinds” for added safety.

Well... you must have missed the 'fine print' where it says the recommended 'civilian attire' is a white pullover robe, a turban, and a beard.

Look for Americans who have gun permits to take up the slack to protect those who protect us.

I’m surprised Washington hasn’t tried to say those offices are Federal territory and demand ban or arrest of anyone standing outside trying to protect them.

Odierno just declared open season on his own troops stationed at recruiting stations. Now any terrorist who wants to take a potshot at our troops knows exactly where to go. Odierno is nothing but an Obama shill and a danger to our troops.
Just set those recruiting centers up for another massacre. I predict soon. Might as well put a sign around their necks “come and shoot me”.
I am allowed to carry a weapon but our warriors are not. Whats wrong with that picture?
Sooooo....tell me....does the Pentagon have armed protection? If so....do what they Pentagon does...ARM military locations. Don’t obey the politicians.
