Fox News analyst and former judge Andrew Napolitano recently posted a Washington Times op-ed called "Hillary's Secret War," in which he declares with certainty that Hillary Clinton "provided material assistance to terrorists and lied to Congress in a venue where the law required her to be truthful."
Napolitano came to this conclusion after reading the transcript of an interview with a lawfully licensed American arms dealer named Marc Turi, as well as emails to and from the State Department and congressional officials while Hillary was Secretary of State.
In 2011, Turi received approval from the Departments of State and Treasury to sell "hundreds of millions of dollars' worth of arms to the government of Qatar, which then, at the request of American government officials, were sold, bartered or given to rebel groups in Libya and Syria."
Napolitano states that Clinton "obtained permission from President Obama and consent from congressional leaders in both houses of Congress and in both parties to arm rebels in Syria and Libya in an effort to overthrow the governments of those countries."

Since there are only 60 reliable rebels in Syria according to the Pentagon, I’ll assume Hillary was knowingly arming ISIS and their predecessors.
There were many reasons for Hillary to be convicted of crimes but I think in this case he’s putting on his Ron Paul jammies.

Appreciate the good work Judge Napolitano always does, but if HRC hasn’t been so much as gone to bed without dinner by now, it’s just not going to happen.
Either the DC crowd lives in fear of her or everybody’s culpable in all her wrongdoings.
We don’t need any further discovery to indict and convict her. We need the people responsible for doing it to do it.

If Hillary obtained permission and consent, then that means it was her idea.
I would look very closely at what she told the members of Congress.
When Benghazi blew up she called Obama....not the members of Congress.
Some Republicans weren’t paying attention and they got played. They should resign. They get paid to pay attention.
I think that we are also going to hear some about members of the US military who didn’t have their finest hour at Benghazi. They should retire. They get paid to “do”.
Republicans not paying close enough attention is not criminal. Military leaders making incorrect tactical decisions is, for the most part, not criminal. Both are stupid and lazy.
Hillary, on the other hand, initiated this. Our girl is a criminal and she compounded that by lying.
We still, to this day, have not been given the reason why Hillary Clinton felt that the government of Libya needed to be militarily overthrown. We have not been told why Qadaffi had to be killed. We have not been told where Qadaffi’s fortune went and why Hillary needed her own private and secret spy force in Libya.
Our girl did some very bad things.
