“Why couldn’t they just go to their cupcake-baker “ally” (the one who got the Klein’s GoFundMe throw out) and have her bake them a brace of “wedding” cupcakes? “

It was never about cake.

If they leave the house to their heirs and those heirs leave the house to -their heirs, and so on, then the house never gets sold.

It's not always true that democrats get away with murder. The democrat attorney general in Florida was ruined during the 2000 election, Paul Deen was destroyed although she's a staunch democrat. I'm sure more people could come up with examples. They want these people reeducated and party affiliation has nothing to do with it.

They probably don’t care, their hatred is so strong,

that if they take out the Christians,
they’ve killed the golden goose that makes this country run,
and provides the wealth that they “redistribute”.

2 Thessalonians 1:6
God is just; He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you.

Avakian will not get away with this forever. I predict future “trouble”

I am hoping that they not only never pay those perverts a dime, but that they sue them into bankruptcy for lying on their complaint. They had a 3 page list of physical complaints that they claim were caused by being denied the opportunity to have this particular bakery bake them a cake.

There is no doubt they committed a dozen acts of perjury when they filed their complaint.

Those perverts are evil people. Evil.

As much as I would agree with you about cameras in this situation, we MUST make it clear that “cameras” are protected by the 1st Amendment.
Correspondingly, firearms are protected by the 2nd Amendment.
Provide all the video you want, that WILL NOT stop the government from illegally (4th Amendment) confiscating what they will call “children in danger”.

Fed-zilla cannot “magically” appear on my doorstep and summarily ^confiscate/render^ American citizens (children) without my defiance and the impressing of my 4th and 2nd Amendment rights.

In my world, I recommend that CPS purchase body-armor...just saying.

Hitler would not be proud. He would be in awe, and frankly envious of their success.

Thw word we are searching for is “pogrom” - this has gone national.

Unless and until the rainbow empire removes our guns, we are better armed than they are. Attorneys have not yet figured out that paper will not stop lead. They will probably have to learn that the hard way.

The problem so far is that the will to actually use those guns has been lacking. The bread is awfully tasty and the circus is sure fun to watch...

> A lien will go onto the property. At that point they should burn it down.

Oh I’d like to see a house burn to the ground but not the Steins and no not the WH either (don’t want to give the NSA something to masturbate over; sorry folks).

They should tell Oregon to pound sand and relocate. Maybe Texas?

Leaving the state won't dismiss the fine. They should just declare bankruptcy.

I agree. As I said, we are a nation of herbivores. All those ammo boxes are just doorstops.

As Alinsky said, “the issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution. “ then it makes perfect sense

Make sure there are cameras present when that couple is forced out of their home by armed thugs.

A lein doesn't mean they lose their home. Just if they sell it any equity goes to the state.

The state will basically take their house.

My understanding is the business has been closed and liquidated. If they incorporated the business as an LLC, I’m surprised the judge would be able to place a lien on their personal property for the actions of a defunct business.

It does seem as though they have a due process case. I wonder why their attorney has not gone to a state or federal court to request a stay of the order pending appeal.

Is “Sweet Cakes” a corporation? If so, the state should not be able to put a lien on their home.
