Two Christian bakers who refused to bake a cake for a lesbian wedding have been ordered to pay $135,000 in damages by July 13 or else the state of Oregon could place a lien on their home.
Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa, were punished by the state’s Bureau of Labor and Industry (BOLI) for unlawfully discriminating against a same-sex couple.
The Kleins, who are devout evangelical Christians, argued that baking the cake would be a violation of their religious beliefs.
The BOLI ruling ordered the mom-and-pop bakers to pay $135,000 to the lesbian couple. They were also slapped with a gag order that prohibits them from speaking publicly about their refusal to participate in or bake wedding cakes for same-sex unions.
And now - they have until July 13 to pay the damages or else face additional fines and a possible lien on their home.

Kind of makes me wish for a re-do of that ‘confrontation’ that happened in Nevada when Harry Reid and his thugs tried to take that ranch over - and met with a large group of We the People + cameramen + local government officials who were horrified.
Is there no one in Oregon who will gather to support these folks? This is an egregious over-reach.

The homosexuals and left have closed down free speech, re=worded words like homosexual is now gay, illegals are now undocumented etc. They closed down free speech and dissent by calling names and shaming people or even suing them.
They have gone after state rights.
They have now gone after freedom of religion the very founding of this country, but mainly Christianity .
Preachers have been beaten in the street, Churches defaced and services interrupted .
This is no different to what the NAZIS started in 1933.

You would think many high powered Constitutional law firms like Jay Sekulow’s ACLJ would be dispatching their top attorneys to work for them Pro Bono since this is a precedence setting case.
You would think that we would be hearing that their lawyers would already be petitioning the federal court for a stay on any action the state may take until the constitutionality of this law can be argued in court.
Cleansing is right. That’s what we need. I am not saying we necessarily need to exterminate the libtards (unless THEY start the shooting). But mass expulsions and/or incarceration might be the only realistic solutions.
In the meantime, I hope a large contingent of Constitutional militia patriots show up at that bakery - and not just to buy cakes.
Ditto. I used to not care. Now, I want to see them shunned and vilified. No matter what they claim, they are actually a very small percentage of the population. They don't need to be celebrated or even accepted. They are not normal, not by a long shot. If they were normal they wouldn't have to work so hard to try to convince, even force, the rest of us to see them as normal.
As I said in an earlier post - I know a few gays/lesbians. They have a 100% rate of having messed-up lives. These are not normal people who just happen to have different sexual preferences than the rest of us. These people are different and have more serious issues in their lives and relationships. They are not good friends, good relatives. They are high maintenance, high drama people, across the board in just about every facet of their lives.

Franklin Graham needs to head to their house with hundreds of Christians and defend this couple. Put the national spotlight on what Avorkian is doing.
Think about this a moment: if they started taking the children of Christians and homeschoolers.
Those two segments of the population are being ostracized, vilified, scorned and segregated by the Left. Popular media, sports (Tim Tebow, anyone?), editorials, campuses, lecture halls, social media - the Left has reached critical mass, and they know now they can get away with it.
The siren song of “Sexist-Racist-Homophobe!” has emboldened the Left, and paralyzed the rest with terror. This is a nation of herbivores, and the Left knows it.
