Yep, have to agree with that. It’s gradually being sorted out but there are a lot of ‘good ol’ boy’ networks in place that have been codified in local and county laws.

Iowa has NEVER been anything CLOSE to “conservative”. Too much time in the “sack” w/ the BIG “Agri-Business” “Interests”. ALL Iowa Politicians(Local, State and Federal) are and have been bought and paid for by BIG Corporations(Ethanol etc).
