“Either way, I don’t care if he is a criminal, engaged in RICO activities, associating with other known criminals. We don’t fire machine guns into crowds in the United States.”

I see that you are willing to fabricate ‘facts’ in your support of motorcycle gangs.

Motorcycle “Clubs”, no issue what so ever.

That sounds like "clubs as you define them". I don't concur with your definition.

I have many friends that are good law abiding riders...

Since your terms present as subjective, please define "good" in this context. I'd also point out that the law is an ass.

...and I have ridden probably more than 90% of FR posters that are on these threads.

That is a little bit like "I've seen more combat than 90% of FR posters" or "I've had more pussy than 90% of FR posters" or "I've made more money than 90% of FR posters" - you get the idea. None of them add credibility; rather the opposite.

That being said the only folks that claim gangs like Bandidos and Cossacks are ‘clubs’ are either fools or are trying to hide the truth about those criminal gang’s activities and what took place at Twin Peaks.

Shrug. OK dude. I can dialogue obscure striations of ideological inference and their concomitant parallelization opportunities in response to miscalculated leverage of authoritarian power with a bag of hammers all day, but I won't get any further in that discussion than folks here will get with you. A closed mind is not much different than a dumb one.

Shiny side up out there, buddy.

You're a member here for less than two years. Your posts are few and related almost entirely to this tragic incident in Waco, Texas. Your posting style and content are disingenuous and clearly, as has been pointed out, in bad faith.

Enjoy your day. From time to time it may be amusing or useful to respond to your posts, but I'd ask gently that you not take it as a failure - either operationally or personally - if you find less engagement than you have been seeking.

ah so, having a remember of law enforcement on a grand jury (foreman no less) is a common and accepted practice ?

And sorry your supposition is very very wrong. I was turned down for jury duty due to having a FATHER that was a LEO.

When one side esp the one with all the tax dollars looks like it has its thumb on the scale it can cause SOME (i.e. non derelict in there duty) Judges to think poorly of it.

Either before or after coronation ceremony. What difference does it make?

Yes, Wallace was an interesting case. The Catholics were dominate in the area I grew up and the Methodist were second place. Made for interesting town meetings. Throw in the Oddfellows, VFW and the Masons and Saturday night was mayhem!

He's probably busy foremanning the grand jury in Waco.

Just out of curiosity, what do they charge a person with for happening to be at the coordinates of the impacts?

Me, too. Wow, just wow. Even though it is unfolding exactly as I predicted from just about day one even I am sort of overwhelmed. Wow.

When asked if he had any involvement in the massive Twin Peaks investigation, Head said, “Not really.” He would not elaborate on that answer and deferred additional questions about the Twin Peaks incident to the Waco City Attorney’s Office.”

That right there...ought to disqualify him.

And other members of the jury will probably be effeminate men (other government employees) and women who watch too much television.

What ever pleases them. They have the guns. They have the badges. They have the law. they are the law. If they say you did something, you did it. Whether you did it or not. Somewhere in hell, Stalin and Hitler are smiling.

The second method of selecting a grand jury is basically what prosecutors would recognize
as voir dire. The judge can have a group of 20 to 125 prospective grand jurors, an array,
brought in for questioning regarding qualifications and willingness to serve.
