What ever pleases them. They have the guns. They have the badges. They have the law. they are the law. If they say you did something, you did it. Whether you did it or not. Somewhere in hell, Stalin and Hitler are smiling.
Really, the main difference that separates us from them is the willingness, if not eagerness they have for killing without the slightest accountability for their actions.
