A North Carolina elementary school teacher has resigned after his decision to read a gay-themed children’s book to his third-grade class led to controversy in the small town of Efland.
Omar Currie said he read his students the book “King and King,” a fairy tale about two princes having a “love” encounter, after he perceived negative gay stereotyping in his class.
Currie said that he was inspired to teach the little kids about two men “hooking up” because a boy in his class acted a little feminine.
“When I read the story, the reaction of parents didn’t come into my mind,”Currie, 25, said Tuesday.
“In that moment, it just seemed natural to me to read the book and have a conversation about treating people with respect. My focus then was on the child, and helping the child.”

All I can say is, he had the decency to resign rather then make a spectacle of himself...
or perhaps a more and permanent solution
he is fearless because he need fear nothing
he needs to be scared for his existence

Had my youngest child had been present, never again would he fail to consider the reaction of parents in that depraved mind of his.

Might as well send young children to an adult prison for an “education”.
Personally, I consider his behavior as child molestation. If one of my grand daughters was in his class, he’d rightly be prudent if he took assessment of the impact of what he’s doing.

I talked at length to a drunk lesbian grade school teacher at a party. She became a teacher of small children to preach homosexuality and as much as possible neuter little boys. (That’s the cliff notes version, but fairly accurate.) She turned on her talking to “breeders” voice and she literally seemed like a different person. Then she laughed and the bitter, angry, drunk lesbian was back with a vengeance. It was scary to see the transformation. If you’d told any of the parents who thought they knew this wholesome person they’d have called you a liar.
How much more of this are the American people going to put up with?
How exactly does a 3rd grade boy act a little feminine? And telling him a story of two men “hooking up” somehow puts this kid at ease? Really? If I’m the parent, this guy gets his ass kicked. Then again, I have no desire to have my kids in public school. I’d home school.

This is a major problem that gays present. There are many gay teachers throughout the educational system who continually preach their lifestyle to kids. Some schools even have “Gay and Lesbian Day” as well as teaching acceptance of transgenders.
This is the problem with the gays....their unhinged minds tells them that they can push their life-style onto others.
And these damned teachers assault on very young kids is the worst.
There are usually a lot of black kids in these schools. This was going to turn into a racial problem even though the teacher was black.
