CA Senator Diane Feinstein: Why I Oppose National Concealed Carry Reciprocity

TTAG reader MK contacted U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein to ask her support for national concealed carry reciprocity. (I know, right?) The email he received from the California Democrat – who never met a gun control law she didn’t like – was less than enthusiastic . . .

It’s not that she don’t ‘like’ them. It’s because she has her agenda to dis-arm all citizens, just as obama.

Wait a minute, just last week the supreme court said that state marriage licenses had to be honored by all other states.

The precedent is set. 57 state concealed carry!

“I am in favor of states (but not the federal government) having the power to reduce its citizen’s access to guns.”
Agree completely.
It is entirely consistent with a conservative understanding of federalism.

As things are now, the federal leviathan through the Democratic party (and complicity of the GOP establishment) is imposing its radical leftist agenda on all of America through federal judges.

For example, I want to live in my state where my fellow citizens and I decide how we live our lives—not a couple of radical lesbians and their black-robed buddies in Washington DC, or gun-hating lefties in California.

If my neighbors next door in Chicagoland want to live, uh, safely in their “gunfree zone” shooting gallery ... well, that’s their prerogative as well.

In these recent times in which an executive legislates after admitting lacking that power, and violence is done to the English language as a matter of course, saying something “violates the Constitution” allows any infringement and denial of natural rights.

Federalism was their idea, of those wanting a strong central government. We will live with it, but so will they.

If there was full CCW reciprocity, that means more of Sen. Diane Feinstein’s constituent thugs, thieves, arsonists, muggers, looters, molesters, and murderers would be given irrevocable death sentences by their intended victims. To elite swine like her, such thoughts are intolerable. DiFi wants disarmed victims in order to CONTROL us — by our “betters”.

“Feinstein has evil dead eyes,”
-————————/

Her and pelosi and reid and... they are all butt ugly inside and out. They were probably shunned as kids because they acted spooky weird like they could go off on a theater or grade school. Instead they got into politics where they could do the most damage.

It’s not that she doesn’t like them it’s that she prefers we be subjects instead of citizens and have nothing to defend ourselves from oppressive government with and she doesn’t give a rats @$$ if we’re able to defend ourselves against other subjects or not just as long as her and her big government cohorts remain in control. The best way to accomplish this is to keep infringing on our rights until nothings left. PODF

Disarm your body guards Senator.

Make it simple, just get rid of them.

She likes firearms and what they do to protect her, her family and big government. It’s a matter of whose hands she wants them in and the subjects aren’t included.

The Second Amendment was believed to apply to the States until 1830, when the Supreme Court said that it did not.

I believe you might be on to something, but what does that have to do with the phrase “Shall Not be Infringed” that is included in the Second Amendment?

Are you saying States can ignore that Phrase and institute Gun Control as they please?

I believe in States Rights when it’s apparently Inconvenient, such as the Gay Marriage Ruling last week.

Oh, excuse me, Senator. I didn’t know we got to pick and choose anymore which other states’ acts we gave full faith and credit to.

Every time I hear this pukes name I become nauseous. Frankenfreakstein has funneled BILLIONS of taxpayer’s dollars into her own pockets (using her husband’s company [especially in China]). Several years ago, she was chairman of some Senate committee, and funneled billions of defense dollars to herself. She was ‘demoted’ but the graft continues to this day. The only thing her fellow creepozoid democrats were mad about was that she got caught.

I want to say that states can do what they want, but “incorporation”, which I disagree with, prevents me from doing so.
