CA Senator Diane Feinstein: Why I Oppose National Concealed Carry Reciprocity

TTAG reader MK contacted U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein to ask her support for national concealed carry reciprocity. (I know, right?) The email he received from the California Democrat – who never met a gun control law she didn’t like – was less than enthusiastic . . .

Response letter from the "It's okay for me but not for thee" disgrace of a senator from Cali. Boxcar is gone so maybe it's time for difi to exit stage left also. But, no doubt they'd be replaced by someone just as bad or worse. I hear kamala harris is vying for boxcars seat. We know how supportive of the 2nd she is.

DIFI's approach to gun control makes about as much sense as the following:

Let me boil that down: “Because I don’t like them so I don’t want YOU to have them”

I believe in state’s rights. I reject reciprocity. I am in favor of states (but not the federal government) having the power to reduce its citizen’s access to guns.

I think those who agree with the second amendment and the tenth amendment should agree with me. I reject “incorporation” as legal hocus pocus.

You missed the export of her statement.

Though unintentional, she just argued the 10th...

The Democrats and their RINO allies have taught many of us one thing: how to hate!

Many of us used to be nice, polite folks who, when a slimy central government patch caused society to skid, prayed for relief. God isn’t listening to this monster we’ve created here.

A miracle would be if a pound or so of cement would find its way into her maw. I am so damned sick of these leftist pansies that we allow to ruin our nation and our lives.

THIS JUST IN---Anti-2nd Amendment gun smuggler, Democrat Leland Yee, headed to prison
canadafreepress.com ^ | 7/3/2015 | Robert Laurie / FR Posted by rktman

Secret FBI meetings w/ Democrat Yee contain details you'd expect of a mob thriller: murder for hire, gun running, marijuana farming, truckloads of contraband cigarettes and stolen liquor and political pay-for-play. The story is stranger still given the political corruption target. Democrat Yee holds a doctorate in child psychology and has held elected posts on the San Francisco school board and Board of Supervisors, and has sat in both the California Assembly and Senate. In the affidavit, he is described once as "Uncle Leland."

==============================================

Gun-grabber State Sen Leland Yee knew where to get missiles, launchers, machine-guns etc....how'd he know that?

Did Lee get any help from Di/FI...and Hillary's State Dept?

SOURCE: http://www.state.gov/t/pm/rsat/c14027.htm

CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION OF ARMS TRANSFERS
Third party transfers are subject to requirements for Congressional notification under AECA, §3(d) (reference (c)), using guidelines similar to those for AECA, §36(b) (reference (c)) notifications (see Chapter 5, section C5.6).

A 30-day prior Congressional notification is required for third-party transfer requests that involve defense articles and services with original acquisition values that fall in one of the following categories: Major Defense Equipment (MDE) with an acquisition value equal to or greater than $14,000,000 for non-North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) recipients and $25,000,000 if the recipient is a member of NATO, Australia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand or Republic of Korea; or any other defense article or related training or defense service with an acquisition value of $50,000,000 or more for non-NATO recipients and $100,000,000 or more for NATO, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand recipients.

Approval is granted after the 30-day (including weekends) period has expired if no objections are raised.

================================================

NOW GO GET DI/FI.

BACKSTORY: Back in Sept 2014, Senate intel head Di/Fi was whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. Clearly, the CIA had plenty on her----even BEFORE the shocking Chi/Com missile scandal broke.

Di/Fi's known aversion to guns did not prevent her from honoring jailbird Lee's co-defendant, Raymond Chow---Chow is the key figure in Cali's Demorat state Sen Leland Yee's shocking missile deal w/ China (Yee is a notorious grabber of American guns).

INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS:

<><>Feinstein heads the Senate Intel Committee;

<><> Her hubby Richard Blum made million as the lawyer for Chinese interests;

<><> gun-grabber Leland Yee knew where to get missiles, launchers, machine-guns etc;

<><> Co-conspirator Raymond Chow was jailed, then freed when he professed to be a “really nice guy”.... honored by Di/Fi for working with local Chinese youths.

====================================================

THE DI/FI STORY COULD DWARF YEE'S ARMS DEAL: Taxpayers demand and investigation of Di/Fi's intel activities.

<><> Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly?

<><> Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?

<><> Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms?

======================================

ARE THE CLINTONS INVOLVED? “In my view, (Di/Fi said of Hillary) she’s in the prime of her political life. She’s got the energy. She’s articulate. She’s got the background. She’s got the smarts. She has all of the elements of a good leader plus the fact, and this is not to be underestimated, she is enormously attractive to people,” she said on CNN's "State of the Union." “And she carries the torch for women who are the majority of votes in this country, very strongly and very high.”

Hillary engineered some $126 millions worth of arms deals as Secy of State. Hillary's income includes:

Hualuo CEO Forum (Spouse) Shanghai, China $550,000
Telefonaktiebolagel LM Ericsson AB (Spouse) Hong Kong, China $750,000

I believe in States Rights too, unless they violate the U.S. Constitution.

The operative Phrase from the Second Amendment, “Shall Not Be Infringed”. That applies to ALL the States.

So, individual states and their cities should get to interpret our Constitutional rights?!

Who says it applies to the states? It applies to the federal government. Judicial activism has lead to “incorporation”. States, after adopting the constitution, used to have OFFICIAL RELIGIONS.

Many freepers only believe in states rights when it is convenient.

No, states shouldn’t interpret our constitution. They should ignore it because the vast majority of it doesn’t apply to them.
