This is just the prelude to what TRX of TX will probably do.
My retirement system here in Georgia is going to an “exchange” for retirees this year. So far, it’s a private exchange about which they say wondrous things but can’t conclusively provide numbers - yet. They are doing it because the unfunded retiree liabilities will break them in the out years.
The first year or two will go well because they can set their 5 year forecasts, but as insurance costs go up, they’ll have to throw up their hands and say “ObamaCare Exchanges” for the retirees, meanwhile putting their current employees on the private exchange (until it becomes untenable). In a few years, we’ll all be on ObamaCare.
But never fear Boner will still be able to golfing with Obama for now.
so now the tax payers are t pay for this against their religious beliefs.
Why not? Probably 50% of public indoctrination center “teachers” are homos.
