The pepper wasn’t for seasoning food, the law enforcement source said. Pepper is often used by people on the run who are trying to throw off K9 units. Ralph “Bucky” Phillips, who escaped from the Erie County Correctional Facility in Alden, tried the same tactic when he was on the run in 2006.So, inquiring minds want to know - does that technique actually work?

It’s been about 20 years since I was up there. They had cold Genesee though. That’s all that mattered ;) My last memory of the place was helping my smart mouth friend to the truck after a farmboy took umbrage to his flirtations with said farmboy’s wife.
The blood the cops just found may be leftover from that event.

The guy is shot by a cop, reports say he is bleeding badly, what happened then, was he teleported to another state or planet??????? Why wasn't he captured after being shot?
