Overthrow The Judicial Dictatorship
America's Survival ^ | Jun 27, 2015 | Cliff Kincaid

Posted on 06/28/2015 11:26:15 AM PDT by Ray76

Commentators have missed the real significance of Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissent in the gay marriage case. He calls the decision a judicial “Putsch,” an attempt to overthrow a form of government—ours. His dissent, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, was written “to call attention to this Court’s threat to American democracy.”

Scalia understands the power and meaning of words and he chose the word “putsch” for a specific purpose.

Hence, Scalia is saying this was not only a blatant power grab and the creation of a “right” that does not exist, but a decision that depends on public ignorance about what is really taking place. It is our system of checks and balances and self-rule that has been undermined, he says.

In that sense, he is warning us that we need to understand the real significance of this decision, and go beyond all the commentators talking about “marriage equality” and “equal rights” for homosexuals. In effect, he is saying that the decision is really not about gay rights, but about the future of our constitutional republic, and the ability of the people to govern themselves rather than be governed by an elite panel making up laws and rights as they go.

You discuss politics at work?
That is expressly forbidden where I work.

I’m talking about co workers. No one chooses to hang out with them. You seem so superior. You won’t be tainted by those who don’t agree with you. Your gross arrogance is one reason we are where we are as a nation.

Congress has the power to reign in the courts. They just won’t use it. Most likely because they really don’t want to have to deal with these issues themselves. The Supreme Court gives these weasels cover.

And why are they afraid to do this? We all know why. They know the Monopoly controlled Liberal Propaganda machine will shift into overdrive and start attacking them 24-7 on all propaganda channels.

The Dire threat we face in this nation is the loss of freedom of speech for conservatives. Our message is never allowed to reach the public because all the means to do so are in the control of Left wing forces.

We should have been demanding that congress smash this system. We should be suing these corporations for deliberate discrimination. We should be accosting the people that work in these industries and demand they tell the truth.

The Lynch Pin of all the disasters we have been facing for several decades is LIBERAL CONTROL OF TELEVISION/MOVIES/PUBLISHING/INTERNET.

The Propaganda machine is why congress won't touch this.

If you think that it is important that everyone in the U.S. should know this, pass it on.

I think the public has become too stupid to understand the significance.

Just a few thoughts...

Consider this:

(The wording of the current oath of enlistment includes this.)

"...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."
====================

(The U.S. Code says this about "Treason".)

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
====================

(Aiding & abetting the enemy can be punished by death.)

====================

(American general has said that certain politicians were/are aiding & abetting the enemy.)

====================

In light of those things, some questions that might be asked right now include:

If so, exactly who is going to determine the facts about someone working to undermine the Constitution of the United States, and who is going to carry out those just sentences prescribed for those acts of treason, if the court(s), highest elected officials, military, and appointed national civil law enforcement authorities are all corrupted, and working for the enemies of our Constitution and their twisted aims?

(Pretty sobering and frightening questions to ponder.)

I don’t know... everyone I know is happy beyond words that the gay marriage has been upheld on a National level. One of my coworkers suggested that June 26th be a national holiday!

Gays have been in a media campaign on this for a few years. They have supressed their previous "leather chaps, eyeshadow and a feather boa" debauched image in favor of one with two middle class preppy white guys just like us all who just happen to love each other. This is in every ad, every TV show, every magazine. It's the only image of gays you see. So women, in particular, have registered an emotional response of "awww, why not? They're so cute!" kind of thing.

Now that they got their way it will be back to leather thongs and nipple rings in public and if anyone dare even look away they will be hounded out of their jobs.

You say I am grossly arrogant and superior?
HA!
I laugh in your face.

Any discussion of politics where I work
is expressly forbidden and can result in dismissal.
I know not what my co-workers might think.

You, sir or madam, are an ass.

We can paralyze whole segments of law enforcement by striking quickly, silently and decisively - then disappearing into the crowds.

Jim, this Leftists infiltrator sonuvabitch is agitating for killing cops. Please zot his sorry ass - or does Free Republic now stand for this kind of crap?

No, I don’t think he’s hanging around a strange crowd. Almost 60% favored gay marriage and my co workers are the same.

A consensus manufactured by the propaganda agents of New York and Los Angeles, combined with their influence on prominent businesses.

Everyone will be forced to embrace it and celebrate it. This country’s businesses will be under siege to submit and no one will come to their rescue.

The Nation has become Nazi Germany, and we are the New Jews.

The COS sounds like a good idea but it relies on the Constitution too much. Obama and the SC have both ignored the Constitution when it got in their way. What makes anyone think we will be allowed to convene a COS?

Perhaps we should schedule it concurrently with an armed civil disobedience rally.

The image the media gives out makes it look like homosexuals are everywhere, when infact they are not.

More than that, the way they image them as funny, loveable cheerful people leaves the public with very wrong impressions about what they do and how they behave.

It is this propaganda war that is misinforming the public.

"I’m in favor of an Article V convention. It’s the constitutional reset button provided to We the People by the Founding Fathers."

I agree, but if that doesn't work, we should be prepared for civil war.

Exactly. And Scalia nails it as usual.

The people I’ve talked to about this that are “for it” spew the same old nonsense and PC BS. They sadly don’t have a clue what this Constitutionally signifies. The ends justify the means and if you don’t like the decision, then . well you know the rest.

Funny thing is, ask them if a Mormon or Muslim or polygamist should have multiple spouses and they answer emphatically “NO” Ask them what’s the difference, especially when their religion OKs it . . and they’re speechless

Lots of ignorant people out there I’m afraid.

Yeah you can remove my post but there’s nothing you can do about the sick, festering condition of our country by posting only politically correct thoughts as substitutes for activist thinking. While I cannot consider myself in the same league, Thomas Paine was probably called similar names by “patriots” of his day.

BTW, This is a “first” for me: No one has ever called me a leftist. As for the rest of the epithet, fifty years ago I would have gone to blows with you for that. Now? Well, my wheelchair doesn’t maneuver well enough for that. Have a nice day.

Which is why people , including the likes of Hannity who has a show should get cameras there and show people that these homosexuals are nothing but hate and look to attack,and mock Christians.

I can understand and respect FRee Republic and Mr. Robinson's policy against posting calls for violence, etc... The left/progressives/commies will use any and all statements made on this board against us, painting us as violent, right-wing nut jobs every chance they get.

Being a man of action for as long as I can remember, I understand your frustration at current events and the state of disharmony within the Republic We want to do something, but are paralyzed out of fear and or confusion. There is no one we can look to for leadership, and no rallying point from which to take action.

There are a lot of military vets who are members of FRee Republic, and we know the lie when they state that "violence never solves anything." It solves a great deal, just ask the government. There is a time for everything, peace, and even war. I prefer peace, but if the powers that be wish to enslave me or destroy me, they need to know that I will not go quietly.
