An Irish couple are now confirmed dead in the ISIS slaughter of 39 innocent tourists in Tunisia. That brings to three the number of Irish among the 39 fatalities.
The couple have been named locally in Athlone, County Westmeath as Laurence (Larry) and Martina Hayes. He is a well known local bus driver. The couple are believed to be in their fifties.
Their daughter was in contact with Irish authorities during the day before police finally confirmed the couple were among the dead.
Lorna Carty, a mother of two from County Meath, was already identified as being murdered by the 23 year old gunman, who was a member of ISIS according to the group. …

I say that as someone who has wondered how secure some cruise-ship tours I've taken really are. There often seems to be an attitude of nothing can go wrong until it does go wrong.
I also would've felt rather secure in Tunisia. You'd think everything would've had very motivated security after that museum attack a few months ago.
My heart goes out to the victims. They've done nothing wrong, just there for a vacation and to spread some economic benefit and an opportunity to learn about the local culture where they go.
Maybe at some point white folks will get the message and stop visiting this 3rd world s#ithole muz countries as tourists . These days they are just asking for it . If it’s muz - boycott anything to do with it .
