Two arrested removing Confederate flag at (SC) Statehouse

Two people were arrested at the Confederate memorial on the S.C. Statehouse grounds Saturday morning. Authorities say they were taking the Confederate battle flag down from the flagpole.

According to a report by the SC Department of Public Safety officers who were monitoring the flag notified a Bureau of Protective Services officer that a woman was climbing the flagpole about 6:15 a.m.

The officer found the woman on the flagpole in climbing gear. When he asked her to come down, she refused to come down until she took down the flag, according to the report. The officer arrested her and a man who had been helping her.

Someone posted the suggestion that there should be a nationwide protest and everybody who has one display the Stars and Bars. Add the Gadsden Flag too.

It’s kind of like how the politicians rant about how people will mass-produce plastic guns with 3D printers. When politicians have to make up BS crises, then you can know that they are FOS. When people buy a lot of stuff they hear from politicians and news media without taking a second thought or asking a second opinion from a professional, we are in deep %^&$ thanks to them. If people can get riled up at the drop of a hat about something that really can be locally handled, like this case, we are in deep trouble as a country.

Well, Nikki Haley has said the flag on the SC Statehouse grounds should be and is going to be coming down for good. So that's that.

This most-recent CBF hullabaloo is a diversion from something else that's happening around the 4th of July, I suppose maybe.

Of these four flags, why is it the Leftists are comparing the Battle Flag with only ONE of these (The Nazi flag)? The other two get a pass. One is the original Fascist flag of Mussolini's Italy, the other Japan's Rising Sun which flew over the ships launching the raids on Pearl Harbor. A similar flag flew over the death camps on Bataan.

So far the cultural cleansing act does not seem to be getting any sort of mass resonance. After the first wave of vandalism of some monuments following the Charleston shooting there have been no more such incidents. In New Orleans where Porky Pig's understudy is the mayor and who made a big deal of calling for removing the Lee statue from Lee Circle (it is the biggest monument in the city) and the Beauregard and Jeff Davis statues there hasn't been much comment. Yesterday some professional blackamoor staged a burning of the CSA battleflag at Lee Circle. This was undoubtedly the bright idea of some of the local poverty pimp preacher types. What is interesting is that the event drew a gaggle of less than 50 assorted idlers, curiosity seekers, and the usual turkeys that populate a local group called Eracism. Even with the media types keeping the camera close up one could easily see the big empty space of Lee Circle dwarfing these turkeys. The ‘black leadership’ will have to gin up some ‘instant mobs’ to push the narrative of how millions of black people roil in fear and anger beneath CSA imagery down in Dixie.

This is the first reference if seen to it that is a CONFEDERATE MEMORIAL on state grounds where the flag flies, which I’ve been stating thread after thread. The media makes it sound like it is flying above the capital dome.Those soldiers DIED for that flag, it is a symbol of their bravery and courage and it is being desiccated by a “fad”. I expect this from ISIS or Taliban...and the Democrats who OWN THE PROBLEM by conceiving it in the first place. That’s why they want to erase history.
