Thursday while making a statement about the Charleston church shooting, President Barack Obama raised the issue of dealing with guns and gun violence. Transcript as follows: This morning, I spoke with Vice President Biden and with Mayor Joe Riley and other leaders of Charleston to express our deep sorrow over the senseless murders that took place last night. Michelle and I know several members of Emanuel AME church.

Meth addicts kill people.
On purpose.
With guns, cars, machetes, arson, kitchen knives, big rocks, or anything else they get a hold of when paranoia hits them.
Blah blah blah.
Note to Obola: Start in Chicargo and Ballmer. When you finish cleaning up THOSE messes you MIGHT be qualified to talk about the rest of the Country!
(BTW....both those fair cities have the tightest gun controls in the Country). How’s THAT working out?
And it’s really not even race.
It is a culture of using intoxicating substances and promiscuous sex to escape their problems.
I’ve come to grips individually. Rosewood grips on my Springfield EMP 40.
One gun in 310 million was used in a horrible crime, therefore we must control and/or seize the other 309,999,999. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
I’ve long recognized that a person wanting to create a terrible act will do so. The person, not the means of execution, is the problem. Take away the gun and this person may have sealed doors and started a fire with gasoline. Would outlawing portable gas cans or certain types of gas purchases solve the problem? Of course not, and an enterprising person would even find a more destructive means of inflicting mass murder.
What else must we do dear leader?
This is just a bit too fishy for me
We all knew it was coming, the major push to seize arms, the major push to flame race relations further and gee whiz, here we go. When’s the last time a “white supremacist” killed blacks in a church? 60 years ago?
Or a banana!
Suppose he's got a bunch?
It is kind of funny how these things don't seem to happen at gun shows, shooting sports competitions, and Bass Pro/Cabelas/Academy Sports stores, right?
Standard weekend in Chicago or Baltimore.
Why no moralizing about them?<rhetorical question>
Right - as we’ve recently learned, “race” is not a scientific or social concept, it is a political construct.
That’s what 16-ton weights are for.
How about coming to Grips with “Fast and Furious”. How many innocents were killed with that project.
Obama is as usual using the horror as another opportunity to trash white America -- otherwise why not comments about the recent murders of an entire white family and maid by blacks after hours of torture.
How the race-grievance industry responds to (uses?) this horror will give me a further indication of just how black lives matter to them; to wit, look at the thousands of ignored black-on-black murders.
Others have posted mass murders in "advanced" countries -- done almost exclusively by Obama's Islamist brothers. Do the victims have to be in "advanced" countries to matter?
Does anyone really have to post news items from around the world where there are multitudinous murders each day -- most often by Obama's Islamist brothers. The murders occur in numbers between one and hundreds. And in some cases the murders are merciful considering the torture the victims suffered (like what happens here too, the above is just one example).
A cursory read of the news suggests to me that Big Pharm will be in all out mode to suppress details of connections to drugs.
As an aside.. I heard one radio news report on the horror saying the suspect was a clean-shaven white man . . . meaning of course don't you even think of Islam!
blah, blah, blah . . take guns away from law-abiding citizens so my imbecilic druggie supporters won’t acquire a gun illegally and shoot up groups of people.
How about his armed guards collectively give up their weapons?
And the media will hardly mention that the gun was purchased by the killers FATHER..the father gave the gun to his son its not the fault of the gun store because the man passed a background check, its not up to the gun store to find out what the person will be doing with the gun or who he will be giving the gun to. The background check system did work unfortunately the father gave the gun to his doped up basket case son
‘More guns’ seems to work well at every level of US government, plus the military. USDA employees need semi-auto battle rifles. So do IRS employees. And every police department needs a tank. So, if it’s good enough for government, it’s good enough for me.
Don’t forget ROCKS and BRICKS.
