So instead of getting lobby money he just spends his, in other words he will try and buy the office just like every one else. Money has got to be removed from the process.

The Reality is the GOP supported ObamaTRADE (today),
and Mr. Trump did not.

The Reality is the GOP is all smoke and mirrors.

I believe this is just a whimsical diversion for him where he may get enough votes to qualify for Federal funding that will allow him to poke a stick in the political cage at the zoo. As an accomplished businessman, I’d imagine he knows all sorts of ways to piss away campaign money legally.

That will be interesting to see.

Here in CA, Meg Whitman spent $140 million od her own money and still not get elected governor.

Is he willing to spend that kind of money?

Money cannot be removed from the process because then no one could afford to run. You know the liberal media would give only glowing coverage of the Rat candidate and little or negative coverage to the Republican.

This is too easy. The winner of the election is most often the one who promises the most "investment" or "benefit" out of the public treasury, to the gibsmedat voting block. Trump doesn't have to promise to spend his own money, the measure is how much of other people's money he is willing to give away.

No that that is maddening enough, but it is Congress, not the president, that is the spendthrift.

Does he have enough money for a personality transplant? I’m guessing not, given the state of his hair.

Donald Trump tells Howie Carr his willing to spend "whatever it takes" to win the presidency.

Donald Trump may be what this country needs to lead us from third world status back to being the greatest country in the history of mankind.

“So instead of getting lobby money he just spends his, in other words he will try and buy the office just like every one else. Money has got to be removed from the process.”

No. It’s his money and he can do as it as he pleases. He earned that money and isn’t that the point, to win? Why would you want to remove $$$ in the “process”. It all depends on which fool gives money to this clown and that’s their own stupid decision as well.

and thanks a lot for making me defend this ass hat..

So he would spend 1 billion to win then give up another billion or so under his 14.25% wealth tax? Who really believes this?

Of course indications are it’s not so much the money you spend as it is the money you get. IE that campaign donations are the most accurate pre-election poll, that the guy who gets the most people to give him money will also get the most people to give him votes. Spend all you want Donald, if people don’t like you, people don’t like you.

That is the question I have about Trump.

In his case Trump needs to spend somewhere in the $200 to $300 Million range to run in the primaries.

If he gets the nomination figure another $500 to $600 Million in the general election. So your talking close to $1 Billion of his fortune to run.

So does he sell assets to raise the money or borrow it, he does not have that kind of cash in liquid investments like Perot did.

The exact same method was used by Mark Dayton to become governor of Minnesota

Another "FOOL" blowing to the galleries.

Trump's motives are based solely on self-promotion and self-importance.

He's a "wheeler-dealer" and NOT a LEADER.
